Consider a resolution awarding a contract to Prater Electric, of Rowlett, Texas, for the Pearson Pump Station VFD Replacement project for the Public Works Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents relating thereto on behalf of the City of Keller, Texas.

Consider a resolution approving the purchase of one (1) replacement emergency diesel generator and installation services for the Marshall Branch West Wastewater Lift Station from Waukesha-Pearce Industries, of Houston, Texas, through the BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative.
