Thank you, chair Dunn. Good morning, council members. For the record, Jim Martin, council staff. Post motion twenty six dash zero five four approves the 2026 local hotel motel fund round two expenditure plan. Ordinance 87 dash zero six two authorizes the county to administer a program to allocate revenues occurring to it under provisions of RCW67Dot28Dot1801. These funds are reserved for support of tourism development and promotion projects. This motion approves the twenty twenty six projects listed in the motion at a total amount of $297,024 and authorizes the executive director signature authority to sign agreements on behalf of Snohomish County. Requested action is to move to GLS on February 18 for consideration.

For RCW 84Dot56Dot240, the treasurer shall file with the county legislative authority a list of four year delinquent personal property taxes stating that the treasurer had made diligent search and inquiry for goods and was unable to collect the same. This year, there is $359,344.63 of 2021 in prior personal property taxes and $63,098.36 of late filing penalties that have been deemed uncollectible. Requested action is to move to GLS on February 18 for consideration.

Post motion twenty six dash zero seven four approves the Snohomish County Tourism Promotion Area business plan 2026. The plan includes revenue of $2,610,652 and expenditures for administration, sports commission approved grants on opportunity totaling $3,369,172 with an Indian fund balance projected at $9,258,768. Requested action is to move to GLS on February 11 for consideration.

And proposed motion 26 dash zero eight three approves the agreement for the 2026 operating budget with Amateur Athletics Commission of Snohomish County doing business with Snohomish County Sports Commission. Included with the business plan previously heard, this agreement with the sports commission includes in the scope of work marketing Snohomish County as a premier destination for amateur, collegiate, and professional sports events and tournaments. The not to exceed amount of the contract is $681,880, and the agreement is through 12/31/2026. Requested action is to move to GLS on February 11 for consideration.
