being here uh right now. I'm looking for a call to order. I see Deputy Mayor for roll call. I'm not sure who else is on, but we'll give them about a minute. Uh while we hope for a quorum, we will give the other committee members a minute. All right, we're waiting. We're waiting. So, please bear with us as we wait a few more minutes. Hopefully, we will have a quorum so that we can do our August 13th update from our EMS, police, fire, and department of health, the CEC

Good evening. Thank you for joining, Council Mahan. We're just waiting another couple of minutes to see if we get um another participant so that we will have a quorum to conduct the meeting. Test test. Is that better on the sound? Test. Okay, for the participants, um I'm definitely not softspoken. Um have brought the mic as close as I can. I'm not sure if our participants could try to turn up their volume as well. If it helps, I can hear you loud and clear.
