Yes, thank you, Mr. Vice Mayor. The City Council will meet in closed session this evening with regard to the following item. Public employee appointment pursuant to government code section 54957B1. The title is City Manager.

Thank you for that. And do we need to have the public comment for this or if anybody wants to chime in?

Okay, so I would ask Manny to start the two minute clock and anyone wishing to speak on this closed session agenda item, please go in the back of the kiosk to fill in that information or those online, please raise your hand. And so as we wait for this two minutes to chime down, I do not believe we have any in-person speakers. Manny, do we have any online speakers wishing to speak on this item?
