For those of you that have not been here for one of these, public comment is the time for anyone from the public to speak for three minutes on any topic not on the agenda already. Rosal McCoy, I would like to follow up on that subject that on Lake Street, it's 25, then it goes to 30, then it goes back to 25.

Jeff Mitchum was still here, fee review, so it's been going on since 2023. I've been working on this, and then of course the changeover caused some delay. So the municipal code requires that an annual review occur of the fees every year. This has not been done. So this is, we're catching up for many, many years of not doing them.

The fees identified here, there were... County clerk and then also to the court to issue a writ of mandate. And they could probably act on that this week so that we would still be able to take this to the election. It concludes the report.

Andrew, who is going to represent the city in... the court filing?

Yeah, that would be me. I've done this on another, it's a pretty common occurrence. I've done this for another city in Siskiyou County within the last month. And these little issues happen where there's a typographic error, and that's essentially what this was. It was a staff typo that then results in requiring a cleanup of a piece of paper, a resolution. And then the court issues a writ to tell the elections official, Ms. Bynum, you must accept this as the new document. So I'll be submitting those papers this week.

projects pending and so forth given all the distractions we've had the last three months it would be good to see if everything is moving on according to schedule so something in the next month or so and likewise Kim from planning an update on anything that's pending might be appropriate to not that I'm nervous that things are going to slip through the cracks but they might AND I GUESS I JUST WANT TO KNOW THAT THINGS LIKE THE LAKE STREET PROJECT, WHICH IS PRETTY COMPLEX, IS MOVING ACCORDING TO PLAN, AND CITY PLANNING DEPARTMENT HAS GOT THIS MASTER PLAN UPDATE, IS THAT WHAT IT'S CALLED, MASTER PLAN UPDATE?
