that truck, right? They did. Yeah, they it was essentially. And so so then um when I get into the when I when they dropped me off at the hotel, the hotel was empty. The the uh the the whole uh reception recording in progress,

the foyer was empty. And um all right, I will uh call a special meeting to order for purposes of executive session um for uh potential litigation under uh 2A under RCW 42311i. Uh the length will be approximately 15 minutes. Um Council Member Moore is running a few minutes late and he's excused. He had a family issue with one of his children and um um we're hoping he can be join us. Uh but at this stage he is not in attendance. Um but we'll um we'll reflect or update that um following um executive session uh prior to the regular meeting and um a quorum is uh is achieved and uh uh we'll be in recess uh for that stated duration uh for that stated time.
