For the development of two vacant parcels located at 516 Cajon Street (APNs: 0173-043-15-0000 and 0173-043-16-0000) in the Administrative & Professional Office (A-P) District, and determine that adoption of Resolution No. 8731 is not subject to environmental review pursuant to Sections 15315 and 15332 of the California Environmental Quality Act.
