City Manager's Employment Agreement

6:00 p.m. (20 min) – Every two years, the City Manager's employment agreement and performance review is conducted by the City Council per Council Rules. At tonight's meeting, the City Council will discuss appropriate amendments to the City Manager's employment agreement.

Requests for Proclamation

6:20 p.m. (10 min) – Two Proclamation requests have been received; one from the Vietnamese Community of Oregon requesting that April 30 be recognized as Vietnamese American Remembrance Day, and one from the Davis Phinney Foundation requesting that April be declared Parkinson's Awareness Month. These are both Tier 4 requests and as such require prior Council approval before being added to the agenda.
