PC25-10ext: Bradley Campos, of Premier Custom Builders, LTD., is seeking a six-month extension of the final site plan and preliminary plat approval for the proposed 3 lot single-family subdivision and the extension of the existing street, located at the eastern end of Chesapeake Drive, also known as PPN: 482-08-035, in Residential (R1-A) District zoning.
Final site plan approval and preliminary plat approval were granted at the April 16, 2025 Planning Commission meeting.
