Hold a public hearing and consider a variance from the Unified Development Code (UDC) Section 5.5.2 to allow a reduced minimum front yard setback of 0-feet instead of the required 25-foot front yard setback to allow for a carport at an existing residence located on lot 3, block 5, Carver Terrace Subdivision in the City of Temple, Bell County, Texas, addressed as 705 E N Ave.
