Other Preliminary Matters
The Design Advisory Panels (DAP) for Bethesda and Silver Spring are separate volunteer panels that provide design critique of Optional Method Development projects in their respective downtown areas during monthly public meetings. Staff requests the Planning Board appoint two new members, and reappoint a third member, for the Silver Spring DAP, and reappoint one member for the Bethesda DAP.
