TMP-2515 RESOLUTION NO. 2026-9663 - BRADLEY PARK SPORTS FIELD LIGHTING REPLACEMENT PROJECT (CIP #PK011)- APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS AND AUTHORIZATION TO BID

Recommendation: ADOPT a resolution approving the construction documents for the Bradley Park Sports Field Lighting Replacement Project (CIP #PK011) and authorizing staff to advertise the project for bids.

TMP-2508 PROGRAM YEAR 2025-2026 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)

Recommendation: OPEN, CONDUCT and CLOSE a public hearing to receive public comments on the Program Year 2025–2026 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) and AUTHORIZE submittal of the final CAPER to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
