WARRANT FOR THE SPECIAL DISTRICT MEETING•Item 1

To see if the District will vote to authorize the Commissioners to accept an Easement from the Trustees the Saul Family Realty Trust relating to property located at 331 Phillips Road, Sandwich, MA, as shown on a Plan and Proposed Easement Deed, copies of which are on file at the Office of the District or act on anything thereon.

WARRANT FOR THE SPECIAL DISTRICT MEETING•Item 2

To see if the District will vote to authorize the Commissioners to abandon and release any right the District has in an Easement running in favor of the District over and along the boundary line dividing Lots 112 and 209 on Land Court Plan 2903E, Sheet 2, and as referenced in Land Court document #39,611, and described in a document titled “Termination of Water District Easement” and a Plan depicting said Easement, copies of which are on file at the Office of the District or act on anything thereon.
