is for the water main work in the DOT

So just to clarify, items not under contract or items that were budgeted for specific projects, those carryover funds are for the same projects, but they're not obligated yet. The items requesting special consideration are amounts that were budgeted for one purpose, but the department would like to use them for a different purpose. Therefore, they're asking to carry over the budget funds.

Alder Groot. Thank you, chair. On twenty six-three ninety five, the carryover appropriations, I believe it's the non lapsing attachment. There is a section called ARPA grant. Just wanted to clarify or confirm that the unspent ARPA funds are under obligation, and they will be spent. We're not, I think it's too late, but not giving any of it back. Right?

That is correct. We have until the 2026 to spend those, and all projects are on track to do that.
