THE FIRST ITEM IS TO CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNCIL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9A TO CONFER WITH LEGAL COUNCIL REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION IN THE CASE OF TOSORO REFINING AND MARKETING COMPANY LLC VERSUS CITY OF CARSON SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT CASE NUMBER B335686 and also to conference with legal counsel regarding anticipated litigation in, regarding anticipated litigation pursuant to government code section 54956.9D2, D3, and E1, because there's a significant exposure to litigation in one case.
