Okay. So, residential uh we have 10 open some kind of help on this. We picked up one more up in Naps Landing and we end up one more hopeful. Uh commercial the pro framing. We did a pre-final uh for Eric Bartman over there and he's got a couple things to be done. And then um got Bro Ventures little 1095 blue trail there. doing steel erection. Um, so we've been watching that and that'll be a third party that'll take a look at that car wash. We did about a week, week or two ago, we did a pre-fil have some site work to do with the car wash. As far as I know, it's running good. Is everybody using it or? Yeah, it's good. Yeah. Your car haven't been stuck in there?

No. There was an issue the very first time I went through it stopped for a minute. I don't think it was me and they kicked it right back off where it was and going. So, yeah. Okay. and the city parked the bathroom. I think it started some rough frame, but it's as they cones blow. We're short-handed. So, okay. Um and then that shop building at 1205 North Oaks just um below Eric Bartman's. Uh they call for a rough frame, but um we're not quite ready. They're going to do some trade work in there. So, but just the recap, you know, if we read every two weeks, not a lot happens in two weeks. That's all right. But And I like

Teresa, you got anything you want to add or go over in your report?

Um, gave you an update on the project. Don't know if you have any questions on them. Um, Western Avenue, we had a a weekly meeting with that. They will by the end of the week be paving the inter finishing the intersection of Mickelson and Opal. So, that'll be open next week and next week they'll be paving the the main driveways for between Mickelson and and Diamond Trail. So then it just needs to cure and it'll be open. So hopefully by maybe the end of next week, beginning of following week, it will be open. And then we're down to the intersection of Diamond and Mickelson. And that they'll have to do in stages cuz we have to keep traffic flowing because there's no other way to, you know, move traffic around them. So it'll be done in sections.

So explain to me why. So, we just moving are we is that going to be just a temporary bridge and then they're fixing the current bridge or what is happening. So, where they got beams and what that's the new bridge. That's Oh, so it's just going to be they just built the new bridge like the old one and then once they get you know have that built or whatnot and that'll be this year. Next year they're going to tear down the old one. So, it'll be shifted a little bit like like it is. It'll be shifted to the I was just as I was watching that every day, you know, I drive by there and watching that I'm like I didn't realize that it was going to be a whole new bridge. I just thought they'd shut half of it down and fix it. You got to go higher, don't you?

Yeah, they did have to go higher. That's why. Okay. So, there's going to be a little curve to it. It is a little bit a little bit. Yeah. Slow down a little. The three lanes helps ease that in, too. going three lanes all the way from the bridge down to the cemeter or to the um church. Yep. Three lanes. It's not bad of a It's not much of a creek. You could It really looks If you sit at the church and look, it does look bad, but as you're driving it, it's not a big deal. Yeah, I guess. Is that going to be a regular bridge or not bridge? It'll be a regular bridge. And the ramps right now, you know, you got cur temporary exits at curve. Once it's all done, we're going to go back to just the diamond exit. So, it it'll pretty much look like it does now. I mean, it's set up the same way with just the the ramps, you know, the onoff ramps and the like I said, the bridge will be three lane. Okay. I thought they were putting a diversion diamond in there. And the bridge is going to be three lane. So, that's going to be three-lane all the way from the other side of the bridge to all the way to the bridge. It's going to be three lane up to the bridge. The bridge I don't think they're going to have a I mean, obviously not going to have a turn either. It'll be wider, but they won't have a true. It's okay cuz wider is better. At least on that bridge, it's always been super narrow.

And that bridge will have though, it'll have a bike trail and a sidewalk, one on each side. And that will go all the way down to Jeffrey where you go into Brower Edition, the industrial park there. Is that what they're doing on the other side? Yep. Yep. Yep. So, the project goes all the way basically to the entrance of Browers Industrial Edition. So, so yeah, public class. That's nice. If we I say if we get through the construction, it will be nice in the end. I keep telling everybody that county is going to do the road going south next summer. Next year. Yep. That's going to be a pill cuz I hear they're toying with shutting it down all the way past Swenson.

No. All the way to Wall Lake. Oh, that sounds Jeffrey South. I think you might have to just to Wall Lake. You would have to shut it down first. Um I don't know if they'll go that far. I I don't know if that goes all the way like I haven't seen the plan plans, but I I have heard that they're going to do Yeah. that road going south and they're thinking about shutting her down and it'll be shut down for this summer and that's okay. To me, that road needs to be wider. It's very narrow and the shoulder is bad. Yeah, it's county roads with Yeah. Yeah. It's a rough shape. If you hit the shoulder and you're going very fast at all, you're in the ditch. Yeah. It's not you're not a good driver. Wide road.

I feel bad for young drivers that are trying to drive. Okay.

Update. And I just want to give you a little update on where we are with the Windsor Group TIFF. Um we haven't seen a tip from AS in the a plan and updated plan. But on the Windsor group, um I've conveyed in my reports that um we want to get Second Street as part of that TIFF district so we can improve that and have the you know basically you know an improved road between you know the two parcels. So, Second Street, when we originally submitted the TIFF, in order to have that right away there, there's a house that sits um in the county basically, writers house, it's on the northeast side of the intersection there. We included that with it because technically on a township road, they own halfway to the the middle of the road, you know, they and so we included that to get the roadway. That would didn't fly with the state. They said that's in the county. We can't include that. So, we had to dissolve that tip and we got to basically plat out plat out the roadway and then have the owners deed that to the city and then we can put the new boundaries to include the road. So, we're in that process right now. Um, we just met with the engineers this morning on that as well and um they pretty much got the H plats for the road ready to go. So, we'll start that process again. And of course, they'll come to you guys with new boundaries that just show the road and not that property and and move forward.

Do you think those owners will be okay? I think so. Well, when I originally talked to them, they were all for improving the road. They had no issues with that. So, I don't think they'll have any issues with the road. I mean, we're not going into their property line. We're not taking any of their property. It's just the right away, whatnot. So, I am going to make contact with them though this week because like I said, we just met today on it. And get an asphalt road instead of a gravel. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. How far east will that go? It'll go just to the east side of the Windsor development. So, a quarter mile. Yeah. Something like that probably. Because then after that, neither side is in the city at all. And that's, you know, we can't do anything with that road. Quite gets to Gary's place. No.

No. It doesn't get quite to Gary's place. they'll stop before that. So, yep. So, that's kind of just that'll be coming up and they are they did submit the Windsor group too um a zoning application for the their south half of their parcel, you know, south of second street. that's all up and vinyl and been used. You know, we are doing um we're expanding the parking lot. some it's going to go more uh to the east uh kind of where flag football practices. So, it'll be north of the ball fields and and further east. We're putting additional parking in there and and that'll be happening this fall here. Kind of wait till after the fall season and whatnot is miss. So, that that's that's a needed improvement. So, that's So, it's going to go northeast. That's interesting. Yeah, it'll it'll go north of the four diamonds and then it'll go to the east. So, it'll be right north of the fourth. So, it'll be more like rough like football practices, you know, back in that corner

and high school soccer. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Yeah. Yes. Yeah. I mean, it'll get some soccer, too. But, yeah, it it'll cut into that a little bit too because that's where the high school Yeah. so this is where our wastewater plants going. And and we announced this gosh, four, five years ago now. We bought the parcel quite quite a while ago. And for some reason, I had in my head we added zone when we bought it. But um I've been working with SECOG, you know, we have updated our you know, working with them to codify our zoning regulations, our municipal regulations, and then I wanted an updated zoning map because we've done several zonings and since the last time it's been updated. So we have a updated map there and has the correct zoning on it. And this came out as I'm looking and make sure and we got all of it in there. They still show this is county like county that should be county and I went back through all my records and I don't show the resone. So we need to zone that property because it's still county egg. So that's kind of mine. So um yeah. So

for a municipal wastewater facility, the zoning would be light industrial which fits the area with stemcast and everything in there and it's right next to high dice and whatnot. But we do need to get a zone out of county A because it doesn't even have municipal zoning at this point.

I don't really know there has to be a ton of discussion around. Yeah, I mean I mean the wastewater facility is already there pretty much. Yeah. Then then you're going to need a conditional unit next to me. If Tony was here, he'd give you the hard time. He would give me a hard time. I know. I was I was thinking that too cuz he was at my house. I was like ask her why crap for this and having that build. It was like watching the video. I'm surprised he's not texting one of us right now. No, he was talking to me about it today. He said, "I think you should ask her why it wasn't going that way." I know. I know. And I I And then he goes, I think in my head we had, you know, there's a lot going on at that time when we were doing I mean, if we no, what would happen? Huh? If we voted no, what would happen?
