The Planning Board approved the 2026 Comprehensive Plan Evaluation and Appraisal Review Transmittal with one change, and recommended approval for four annexation requests on Hutchinson Island, subject to the approval of the preceding annexation. Additionally, a major site plan for a new parking garage at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital was recommended for approval with three conditions.
