meeting. Good morning everyone. Good morning. Welcome. Happy Monday. Just in case you here yet. This morning we want to start uh any open remarks? All right. We want to u look at the meetings from the last meeting. A motion to approve the minutes. Approve. I make a motion to approve the minutes of the last meeting. Second. All in favor. That's Sherry's job. I'm sorry. You go. You keep going. You're fine.
All in favor? Yes. Yep. Yep. All righty. So, this morning we're going to have a couple of uh action items and Quinn, if you can come and let us know what's going on. Did you care to read any portion of it? the ordinance number into the record? No, thank you.
Do I need to be sworn in in any way for any other items? I know that the first two are not quasi judicial. out an out of an abundance of caution, the owners of both properties that were that are referenced on your agenda today um opted to put their future land use map amendment and their reszone on hold until the date certain of February 9th, 2026 at that PNZ meeting. So, we're basically asking for a continuence to that date and then these um items will proceed um hopefully to the March 3rd and April 7th city commission meetings.
So, we're asking for a continuence and we probably have to do them one by one. That's okay. Procedurally, I I think that you could move to continue all of them at once. Um, you know, as long as you as long as you list uh ordinance 2025-12 and 2025-14-13 and-15. Um, so you could do four separate motions or or one combined. However, the the board
Thank you very much. Because may I make a suggestion that because the um 202514 and 202515 um are dependent upon approval of 202512 and 202513. If we do 12 and 13 as one, would that be okay? And then 14 and 15 as a second one. Absolutely. Yes. Shall I say that again? No, it's okay. Maybe maybe it'll be simpler and easier. We'll take a second to do each one of them and have a continuation in each one of them. So that way you can't go wrong.
Yeah. Okay. So, ordinance 2025-12. I have a motion to continue that for the February meeting. I make a motion to continue uh 2025-12. Second. Second. Thank you. Okay, get your Jerry. All in favor say I. I. Any opposed? Motion passes. Thank you. Going down to ordinance 2025-14. Is there a motion to carry that? Make a motion to continue 202514 to the February 2026 meeting. Thank you. February 9th. I appreciate it.
Second. Second. Thank you, Cherry. I'm sorry. Who Who made the motion? I All right. I wasn't looking at you and I apologize. All in favor say I. I. Any opposed? Motion passed. Thank you, Sherry. Ordinance 2025-13. Is there a motion to carry this till the the February 2026 meeting? I'll make a motion to continue uh 2025-13 to the February 9, 2026 meeting. Thank you. Second. I'll second.
Thank you, Sherry. Roll call. All in favor say I. I. Any opposed? Motion passed. All right. So, ordinance 2025-15. Is there a motion to proceed for the meeting in February? Make a motion to uh continue ordinance 2025-15 to the February 9th, 2026 meeting. Thank you. Is there a second? All righty, Sherry. All in favor say I. I. Any oppose? Motion pass.
Thank you. I think that's cleaner. All right. Um, so now we know that February is going to be the next meeting. Not necessarily. Okay. We may end up having a January meeting. We do not anticipate having a November or December meeting. All righty. Please plan accordingly. Thank you. Take your vacations. Yes. Paid exactly the same for what you're paying. Just asking. Well, given those comments, anybody else has anything else to say?
