SAVES December Report

Received a letter from Fred Brady.

Received an invitation to the SAVES Annual Appreciation Banquet.

Received the annual Vulcan 2024 Operations Progress Report for the Hanover Quarry.

Received a letter to Louann Boyer from the Department of Agriculture Secretary, Russell Redding.

Received a volunteer request from Jeffrey Meckley to complete the vacant term on the Planning Commission, with the term ending on December 31, 2026.

Received a letter from the Conewago Township Police Offices' Association with intentions of commencing collective bargaining pursuant to Act 111 of 1968.

Motion to accept the 2023 Township Audit.

Motion to ratify the exoneration of the Township Tax Collector from the collection of 2024 Per Capita Taxes in the amount of $3,905.00.

Motion to ratify the actions of the Township Tax Collector for settlement of the 2024 township duplicates with Adams County in the face amount of $20,532.67 and exonerating her for the same.

Received a request from Tammie Knight, the Conewago Township Tax Collector.

Need a motion to approve or deny Resolution 2025-G to increase Tax Certifications from $20.00 to $25.00 and to increase the fee for all other tax related information on each parcel of real estate from $5.00 to $10.00.

Received a letter from BJ Wilke requesting field usage at Cheetah Park in 2025 for 18U girls softball. This was tabled from the December meeting.

Received a letter from Scott Gladfelter requesting to make hay on the unused land at Plum Creek Park.

Approve or deny the Secretary/Treasurer's Report

Approve or deny the bills paid/to be paid from 12.17.2024 to 1.20.2025.
