Minor Transportation System Plan Amendments (TSP Update)

The proposal amendments three chapters of the TSP: Chapter 5 (Pedestrian Plan), Chapter 8 (Motor Vehicle Plan) and Chapter 10 (Finance Plan). These updates primarily focus on the addition and removal of projects, updated alignments for roads and trails, and updated cost totals to reflect project revisions and removals. Staff recommends that the Planning Commission forward a recommendation of approval to the City Council.
Main Street Presentation
Main Street Slides.pdf City staff will present an overview of the draft Main Street concept. Following two decades of community interest in establishing a main street district, the City has developed a draft conceptual framework for approximately 30 acres of land located on the east side of 172nd Avenue and Scouters Mountain Road.
