Okay, we are ready. We welcome everyone. Thank you for coming to our Ayalpaka meeting. This is the West District. We have a lot of food for you in our district. So, please take some. And thank you to all the CET staff. Thank you for coming here. Oh, I'm here. Um, if you can't hear us, we won't use microphones. But if you speak in the afternoon, we'll use microphones in the room. We expect people to pick up everything on Zoom. Um, that's why we'll start with a traffic jam. Oh.
Okay. My name is Whistler. I'm the traffic manager of Provo City. If you can't hear me, please don't use the microphone. I can. I'll try to talk. Oh, we'll go through the two traffic zones that West District has established. Is that working? Yes. Isn't that right? That's why it's only the speed limits that affect both traffic sections. What does 85% mean? That is, 85% of the cars are driving at that speed. Oh, volume is the amount of vehicles passing through the monitoring point. Then, the amount of vehicles on the road that day is also the percentage of traffic in any direction, right? Then, 50, 45, 55, and so on. Then I was asked to look at 1600 West, from 600 to 890 as the base. The North is not working, but we will use it that way. And that's the area we're looking at. There was a desire for speed, especially on this road. Or, there is a lack of underground facilities. This is very crowded. Or, I don't think there is a gutter or gutter in the middle of it. We are building a new subdivision on that side. But in that, some restrictions are going to be imposed on the middle and the sides. I don't think we'll ever get it in the right way. Then, I think those blocks will have to be built with a slightly crowded street and without a street parking in the middle. There is a possibility that it will happen in Vaavi. Oh, look at the crash data. Now, I have updated the crash data. I have been looking at the crash data for the past three years. I would like to inform you. When I did this, 25 data came out. So, I forgot to say 23 to 25. But, we had a crash in 230 and 240. It was 2.5. Oh, this crash was a roadway departure crash that hit the utility post. If you are living on the other side, you may remember what happened. And it was. Even though it was a vanishing motor vehicle, there was black and white light. That's how it happened. Oh, this is our crash location. Then, on the north side of Idunali, this is our monitoring location. At that time, I took out my ID card and entered all my data. So, in December, we looked back at these 73 hours. Or, the speed posted was 25. The speed in the north was 24,000, 85% in the 85th percentile, 29. The speed in the south was 18,000, 19 miles per hour, 85%. Therefore, the speed in this part of the road was very high. 19 miles per hour, 26 miles per hour. You have two outliers there. One of the numbers went from 46 to 50. Then it went up to 26 to 30, which means it's one of my lowest scores, right? My lowest score is 26 to 30. So I'm a very good person. Oh, I think most people are very responsible. Oh, but ground level. Or, the next traffic will be a little different. But I'll show you. Or, our volume is different. Or, you have about 3000 vehicles. One day, 2800 vehicles. So, this is a lot of traffic. Or, I thought it was a lot of traffic. But this has been made a collector. Or, it runs north and south. That's why our direction is 4000-9051. That's why it's very close. You can't go 75% of the cars in one direction and 25% of the cars in the other direction. Oh, in Churukkam, we had a speed limit after an accident of 25, or almost 196%. You can drive 2800 vehicles on that road a day. Therefore, there was no matchmaking done by this department in 1600. Okay, then let's move on. This is a little different. Um, 1100 West Lake Crosswalk 1 was needed by us to look at. Um, these are the final recommendations. They are not being reviewed again. Um, therefore, we need to conduct an investigation to look at the school crosswalk and there should now be two schools there. We have Sunset Elementary and Shoreline Middle School. That is correct. Shoreline and Sunset View.
Sunset View.
Thank you.
But that is Sunset Neighbor.
What is this?
Sunset Ayalkaran. Sunset View Elementary. Forgive me.
Sunset View. Thank you. Um, apol namukulladhu, um, nyangal kaariyengal parishodikinnu. Ende joli samshiyatinde anugooliyum nyang nalgunnu vinnu urapaakuka yennadhaana. Adhinal padhinanja April 14, 16, 17 tiyathigalil adhukurachi vittistha samayangalil parishodichu. You can see that the red dot is the place where the Kavala Crosswalk is located. Oh, you can see that the streets are divided into two colored streets. We go to Local, Collector, Minor Arteria, Major Arteria, etc. So this is just a part of the roads and streets. And so there should be 11 students there to stop the crosswalk. We. There were 11 students per hour. That's why we are going to stop the crosswalk at that place. Um, so that I can go to the fruits. Um, I have to go to all my necessities. This is the crosswalk. It was peak time from 5 minutes after 3 o'clock in the afternoon on April 15th to 5 minutes after 4 o'clock in the afternoon. I only had enough time to manage that crosswalk for the students. Oh, when I looked at the crash data, we had four crashes in the last three years. Actually, I looked at it for five years. Oh, when I looked at the crosswalk, I looked at it for five years. When I looked at the speed and volume, it was three years. At that time, the crash data was a little different. Um, then you can see that we have a cycle accident. Um, I can tell you a story, but I will show you more of it. Um, the severity of the accident. Um, we didn't have a bike. Um, we doubt that there is a bike-like accident. We doubt that there are two binary accidents. Um, you can see what kind of accidents they are. Angle crash. We had an accident from the front to the back. Someone stopped and hit the crosswalk. As you know, it happens when they don't pay attention. Then we had a cycle. Oh, we had three lines of traffic. One was covered in yellow. Most of the storage was in daylight. So, oh, crash number one. We have a pin enter. Oh, crash 2, that was number 2. We had angle crashes and the bike was just below us. Oh, the bike came very fast on the right. The bike went out of the lane and a car came very fast to the left. They moved to different directions. You know who will definitely be defeated. At that time, we did location monitoring a little lower than the 1200-story building. We had data, so we didn't use that data. In these studies, data is usually good for about two to three years. Oh, we tested it for 76 hours. Last month was about a year ago, and you can see it today. And the average speed in Kizhakot was 34,000. Remember that the speed we posted now is 25. Therefore, the northward speed was 34, 80% and 85% was 39, and the southward speed was again 35% and 85% was 40. This is 14 to 15 miles per hour than the speed limit posted. It's not good. There's nothing to worry about. Now I know that the speed I posted is 25 km per hour instead of 30. But if it was 30, it is still 10 miles faster than the speed posted. So, we will share this with the local police department. They will accept some enforcement actions there. So, I don't have to tell the pass-through drivers about this. It's enough to tell your relatives, right? Okay. Oh, this is a huge difference. And this is a colorful street, so you will be driving about 5000 vehicles this way a day. The distance difference is between 51 and 49. So, most of the people who come and go use the same route. So, to meet the needs of the crosswalk students, as I said, at least 11 people were needed. There were 11 people in it. The traffic on Saraswati Dainamdi on the street was 500. That's why. 50 cars passed in an hour. That's how it is. The closest crosswalk is 600-1600 feet away. Then we need a crosswalk. This is not a problem. If another crosswalk is very close, it is too far away. Then, according to our military values, we have to stop there. And actually, there was a low-speed school zone there. And some of them don't have a crossing guard now, because it is not only used by primary children. In fact, I had to combine elementary, junior high school children and middle school children to include a total of 11 people. So we don't have a crossing guard. Only when there is a crossing guard there will be a low speed cloud. Then, we will do our best to stop 1100 West Crosswalks. But we may have to cancel the schools soon. Because it is not useful. Oh, this is just a coincidence. The speed posted is 25, approximately 35, 85% times 40. Oh, we have to do something about it. Then, as I said, you will get 5,000 vehicles each. Oh, we are going to stop those 1100 West Crosswalks. Oh, I don't think we're going to take any more comments or questions. But I think I will, as time goes by.

If there is a place that you are interested in visiting, let us know.
You go to a district five times a year. Yes, five times. That was your fifth time.
That's why I went to the West District seven times. But it was for two different events. That's why you go to your five. But if there is a minor event, everyone does it. See you in January. Yes, now is the best time to count the number of students. September, October, then, you know, sometimes November. I don't do it in December, January, February months. It's very cold, very rainy, very cloudy. But we do it again in March, April, May months. So, if you have a crosswalk to study, I like to do it when most of the kids cycle to school. Thank you.
Hi, I'm Brady. I'm the director of parks and tourism.
This is a new place. I've been here for two months. This is our goal for today. Our Master Plan Update requires you to participate.
But since you are new here, I wanted to say a few words, introduce myself, and share the importance of you participating. Therefore, there is a QR code on the back of the easels. If you take out a camera, it will take you to the website. There you can participate, receive feedback, and learn from the Master. But I used to live here in West Provo 20 years ago. We used to live on Center Street. This is the first place you can live on Center Street I-15. There used to be three fourplexes. Now there are two on the opposite side of a Chevron. That's why I had this interest. Then we went to Wyoming. There I was a director in a similar town. Now I am here. We are very happy to be here. In 20 years, the interest in Provo has changed a lot. I really want to see it, especially in parks and resorts. There have been some unexpected surprises. Some amazing parks. Provo River Trail was a scary place. It wasn't as big as it was when I lived there. So, all kinds of amazing methods. It's much different from when I was here in Provo. But many exciting things happened. These methods don't happen. I don't know. Oh, that's how it is. These slides are not that important, but these people don't happen without a plan. Like these big plans that happen without the opinions of the people, it takes years to get to the point where we build it. So we built and opened the Delta Gateway Park nearby. It took years to build and fund. For the 40-Utah expansion and match-ups, we will start here on Center Street within a few weeks. It was a long-standing investment and funding agreement. So, in this way, many things start in a master plan. And, I wanted to share with you how we get funds in parks. From the general fund, which is dedicated to the sale, sale, and fees. We take care of our parks, cut trees, eat food, take care of them, clean toilets. There is also a RAP tax, which is 11% of the sale. It goes to the projects in our park system. This creates about $2 million. Is that right, John? Every year, it's about $2 million. When continuous development takes place, when developers make money, we get some impact fees. It can be anywhere from 5 to 6 lakhs, I don't know. It's everywhere. But where in that range? That's why we get so much every year for our parks. For a city as big as ours, it's not a big deal. Here is John Bundleson. He is our park and planning manager. He takes the money we earn every year and gives the best income to the Provo citizens. He buys grants, makes donations, and takes that money with him. So, all the achievements that I have seen in Utah Park, where you use this dollar, use this dollar, use these grand funds, and make a lot of money, are the same. So, we do a lot of things from within. However, what I am trying to achieve is that we have re-designed projects that cost hundreds of millions of dollars in the park. There are a lot of things to do because of that. There are also a lot of obstacles. That's why this master plan is very important. Because we have to move forward. We don't have enough money to do what we dream of. Otherwise, we don't need a master plan. We don't need a plan. We don't need a plan. We do everything we want. But that's not the reality. So, I want to invite you to participate in the master plan. There is a website. It will take you there. There is a traditional survey. There is an application. There is a mapping application. There, you can put a pin in the parks in Provo and give feedback. Your dreams, wishes, complaints, whatever it is, they can be corrected. In the next five years, we can give you a roadmap. So, this is very important. It will be used in all areas. It will be used in social media, marketing, and advertising. So, I think that's it. There was one more slide. As I said, it was not that important. But it is a roadmap to a sustainable future. So, you have a chance to comment on it. Thank you Thank you
Next is Home Repair from our Community Grand Coordinator, Kirsten Garcia. Good night. My name is Kirsti Garcia. I am in the Community Programs Department of our Department of Development in our division. I got the help from the City Development Department of Pro City, U.S. Bavana, Uttar Pradesh. Therefore, today I would like to talk to you about our Adyendra Home Repair Grant Program. So, what is this? This is a program for housewives who live in houses where Adyendra Atta Guttapani is required. And you must be eligible for this program. Whether you are 60 years old or older or have social security issues, you must be a member of the U.S. Armed Forces. Our grants are up to $15,000. They can only be used for one house. If one of our inspectors wants to carry out emergency operations, they will come to inspect the site. As I said, we are getting help through the Community Development Block grant through HUD. So we can do some emergency operations such as elevators. If there are any debris or debris in your elevator, we carry out a lot of emergency operations. We take care of the health and safety of the house. So, if you have any questions, we are ready to answer them. We replaced an AC unit that was completely damaged and used 100 degrees a day. That would be the most important thing. Here are some pictures of some of our previous work. And, it was before my time, so I don't have pictures on hand. But here are some examples of our previous work. So, we had a damaged tube and a wet ceiling. This is a flower bed and construction that grows on the roof of another house. This is a holding facility that we helped to clean. When the roof was repaired in my time, you can see how it was done. This is a joke. If you have any questions, I am the contact person for this program. But we also manage different programs such as our Downer Payment Assistance Loan programs or U.S. Window Grants. We also do match-ups with Vanija Face. But the reason I put this picture there is because I once did it as a joke. This is my dog. But I got a call once. I don't remember your name, but I remember that you can help Pug Lady. So, that's me, Pug Lady. If you have any questions, that's why I'm here. Um, we want to preserve this money in Provo and in our communities again. Your federal tax dollars will be preserved again. So, um, do a lot of things using this. You know better about your relatives and relatives and their needs than I do. So, please help to bring things out. There are brochures behind Rachel. Oh, but if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you. Okay, I don't know who is here next. But we are looking for a permanent change for this. Oh, if anyone from Dudley & Associates is here, is this it? Oh, perfect. Okay, when you come, we will go to the Planning Commission on the 26th to give you a heads up. I think it will be like that. The Planning Commission approved it, but it still has to go to the CET Council. So, this has not been completed by the entire process so far. The CET Council is currently on September 22. Okay, let's move on. Oh, I wanted to agree that the Mayor was here. She went out, but we have councillor Katrice Mackey, councillor Gary Garrett, and our new council executive director Esra. This is their third day.
Okay, to talk about this unconstitutional change, we will hand it over to the developer. Thank you. My name is Roger Dudley. I am a local engineer. I represent this zone change. I think this is self-explanatory. This is a 5-acre site on Geneva Road. This is the home of Nileville Ren and Margaret Dayton. They are trying to develop the property as a single-family residential. They moved the property residential zone next to it. The area shown in red is a residential area that needs to be redeveloped. I'm not sure if this is a subdivision plot or a site plan that is approved by the Son Matam Council. This indicates which 16 single family lots we can look at. These will be single-family homes. Or, we are going to build a new house on Geneva Road. Now, in the eastern part of Geneva Road, there is a newly built entrance to the Ivory Homes development zone. This is a development of the single-family residential zone. That's how easy it is. I'm happy to answer any question, or I'm happy to sit. Because it's all over now. Thank you very much. You did a good job.
Now we have to change another zone. Someone, Jared Morgan. Shady. When they came, this went to the Planning Commission on August 12th. There, the Planning Commission approved the change of zone. It goes to the CET Council on September 8th. That's why it goes to the CET Council on Wednesday. That's why we haven't decided yet. But we will allow you to start your announcement. Thank you.
Yes, my name is Jared Morgan. and I was once a chairperson of a downtown town hall. So, I attended these meetings. At that time, I participated in many of them. It was 209, 10, 11, 12 years ago. At that time, we had moved from Mandi to Portland. A lot of things were happening. It was a pleasant time. But, We brought this. Last year in September, we brought this to your airport. Um, it was a different zone of interest. We arrived with a similar mood. Um, um, we had 26 townhomes planned there. Um, we passed through the planning commission and the CET council, asked us, and asked our site to re-investigate the plan. and re-examine some of the used materials in the area. And so it took us six months to deal with that problem and to deal with the problem of pollution. And we have done a lot of research and we are going to put an end to a similar project in the real world. Today, I am in a hurry to present this to you and to receive some feedback from you, because I think we have reached many things that we needed before. So, just a small request. Forgive me, I don't have a good view of the sky, but this is on Centre Street, on North Geneva Road. So, all the new apartments and townhomes are located in the middle of Geneva, on the north side of the road. And we are just a small corner away from it. We are right next to Utah Park. I've never heard of Fort Utah Park being crowded. So it's really exciting. But these are two parcels. On the left side is a residential parcel, and on the right side is a large vanity. These two parcels have been in the same family for 60 years. This is a varnish cloud with the use of a Grand Faire residential and a parcel. Is that Barney's property? No. Okay. I, I, I, There are two parcels for the Addams family. I'm not like that. That's a long time ago. Okay. Yes.
With two parcels added, there are only about 1.3 acres. The family wants to rebuild both the parcels. Kudumbam ee pradesham manoharam aakkan aagrehikinnu. It is a very important matter. Kettidangalude ubiyogakshamada, ava tagarnirikinnu. Ava pulichu maatann thayyaar aana. Adhinal Kudumbam ippol ee randu parkugalkum ee mixade use zone nirdeshikann aagrehikinnu. Slidegal maatinnavarkin nanni. Sheri. And this is our concept plan. And it has been divided. We have changed the orientation of the town homes. I will talk about it shortly. We have changed what is in front of the Geneva Road. Therefore, there is a vanishing slash retail above the target in a dark blue color. There are about 4,000 square feet of space. After that, we can build the second level. There, up to 8,000 to 9,000 square feet of space can be sold in Vanija Retail. Then we have 18 townhomes. Townhomes are on the left or right side of the screen. Those townhomes are loaded from the back. Then you can see the driveways on the left side of the townhomes. We felt that this was the right way to orient these townhomes in an effort to improve the location. In addition, two weeks ago, there was an opinion in the CET Council that there is a single family building community here about the beauty of townhomes in the planning commission meeting. Therefore, In one opinion, they were afraid of the beauty of science. Then, as you know, the front part of the two houses actually has a view of Padinyar, so I am happy to see how it ended. Then, as you know, I think this is an orientation suitable for the community of Padinyar. Um, there are 20 acres of land there. We went to the site and took measurements. There are many large trees along the Padinyaran property line. I hope we can protect many of them there. Um. It adds to the nature, um, um, um, um, um. Also, you know that we are trying to protect as many trees as we can in the property. Apart from that, other things are going on in the property. So, this is how the site was planned for the past eight months. And we have maintained a relationship of two parcels. This is another opinion from eight months ago. We are protecting the connectivity of the cars passing by. That's why our site plan is the way it is now. Next slide, please. This is our status for townhomes. These are three bathroom townhomes with three beds. We intend to sell townhomes in the eastern part of the property. We think it will be a meeting that will be called a meeting where they will not be able to see our value. Also, we have a share of sales and rent in the town. So, I'm happy with where this is going. And this is a three-storey townhome. Also, we operate within Sony's high-end systems. Therefore, this is a growing desire, but I would like to see it from a point of view of beauty that fulfills the needs of the family. Next slide. This is an example of what we do in Leh. This is not exactly how it will be, but I hope that you will be able to picture how the streets of Geneva Road will look like. What we like the most about this facility is that it is very diverse. And, in our VHCI facility, we have a variety of users in this facility. They are from 1,500 square feet to 2,000 square feet. And, we have architects, we have engineers, we have There is a saloon. We know that this is a very diverse place and that it attracts large users. That is why we are happy to see this in the clouds of Provoy. Historically, Vanijam has not shown much of it here. If you like, you can see the first stage from where we left the grid. But in order to win, we have a lot of self-confidence in this, because some of them will sell, and some of them will sing. We are going to make some progress in that. So we think it will help to attract a wide range of users. Yes. Yes, that's what we've been thinking about for the past few months, and we're excited about it. So I'm happy to ask you any questions. May I ask you what the average price example you expect to sell is? Yes, I mean it's very big for today. Yes. Yes. And, when I say what the lost part is, I think it's below $7,000,000. So, you know, we're in the range of $500 to $7,000,000. I came in the evening. Where is this again?
Oh, it's January, on Center Street.
But we're... On the opposite side of Center Street, on the opposite side of Fort Tootak, it's January. Right. Yes.
Thank you.
Of course. If townhomes are in the orange, they will get the best view of Tip Nuggets. That's a good question. And we wanted to make it better. Not to make it better, but we wanted to make it as good as possible to share a part of the view of Kizhakot. So,
Do you know who they are? It's the garages. So they are facing the north here. This too. Forgive me, but the garages are facing the north here. The garages are facing the east there. So... In such a linear site, all those marks are a little too big. But we believe that our heights will fit it. We don't have the kind of views that are as tall as townhomes. We believe that we will be somewhere between 25 and 30 feet tall in Paris. But... ...it will be a little higher than that. But... Some tums go very far back. You can see them very fast. Mound, bro, some times.
I'm a little confused as to why. Yes, sir. How many are there on the site now? About 100 on the Nilevel site. There are vehicles. Old. There are vehicles. About 48. Some of the old buildings with an area of 15,000 sq. ft. and some of the wooden buildings built in the past. So it is not being used now. Yes, it is just a sound. How many units will be available for sale? I want to know why you decided to do both. What is your, what is your, what is your thought process? One of the feedbacks I received eight months ago was that the city wants to see any product available for sale. I am still trying to be satisfied with some of the other feedbacks we received about some products available for sale. I think we like it. Our Hoa will protect you. Because I believe that some of the products that are sold will help you in your business. For a short time, I was part of Travels and Mountain Hoa, as you know. They have a long waiting list for their rental services and your house to be rented. Because they are providing the rent of the houses that can be rented there. Therefore, I think that we will have something equal here. Therefore, this is also the response of the city residents and the selected workers. Therefore, we intend to sell the houses that are in need. We will continue to sell those 6 houses and continue to rent those 12 houses. So, if it is a retail place, will there be enough parking? It seems that there is not much parking there. Yes. So, there are garages in the lower part of the buildings. So, they intended to have a floor space on the ground floor, and then there is a garage. At the same time, there are parking stalls and the stalls behind them, and also the stalls that we have seen nearby. At the same time, we are fulfilling the needs of parking.
Do you know what that is? Just like how many people have been parked? We have parked almost one stall in 250 square feet. I think so. I believe it is very aggressive. Normal population is 4000 people. There was a stall at the bottom or my calculation is wrong. But we are more aggressive than normal population. What is the situation in your residential units and townhomes? What is the parking experience there? We are taking care of that too. One town.
Two for the house. Two. Do you have any other questions? Please forgive me. You said that your rent has been fixed. This is a serious question. I agree. But if you are going to buy the properties in your study, will your whole house stop after two years? Is it because the city said that they need something permanent? What is the way to prevent it from being sold after two years? I bought it and now I want to rent it. If you ask me, is it a scam? It's a good question. At that time, there are only a few employees who have been selected there tonight. At that time, I don't know. Not me. I don't know if it's a mandate. I believe it's a pretext. If it's going to be a mandate, this is how we do it. A group of CCNR students will write to this development. Okay, it will be a HOA, it will be inspected. So if you want to rent your house, you have to go to the HOA and say, I... It will be a hole.
Yes, that's it. The right way to do it is to do it like that. Travelers do a very good job.
The whole apartment will be a mess. It will be a hole. Yes. This project is a whole hole. Okay. Sherry. Ade. If you haven't seen it on social media, the first thing you have to do is, on October 2nd, we are going to hold a read-out. This is a state event. From 9 pm to 10 pm. You can use the things you are doing now and read it wherever you are. Or you can go to a school and read it with one of your children. To know if it will help you do that, please contact your local school principal. Then we started. We started the DLI committee. It is a two-language immersion. That's where the kids study well. There is a DLI program in the schools in Padinyaran. But, oh, I have to go to Kathirikku. They have Portuguese. I'm thinking only of Sunset View and Amelia. Because they are my two schools. But, it's an answer to the Brook Committee. I don't know the names of everyone in it, but there are two of them. They keep changing from one elementary school to another. We do focus groups with the committee. If you want to participate in it, contact the board, the principal, or the superintendent. Especially if you have children in school, do you know what we are studying? Then we have dual language immersion programs. Five languages, six schools.
Four languages, four.
There are five schools of languages. So we have two schools of Spanish, Portuguese, French and Chinese. That's all. And we are learning it because it becomes uncomfortable. Because we spend a lot of money on dual language immersion classrooms. Schools and classrooms that speak English experience the weight of it. Therefore, we are making sure that not only the children who are learning a language, but also the children in schools are doing DLI responsibly and legally. Because about 25% of our students are taking part in a DLI program in the district. That's a lot, but we want to make sure that we are learning to see if there are any changes in the program. For example, if it is very difficult to see if there are any changes in a program that does not have so many languages. We promise that if they do DL, it will take them to high school. That's very difficult. So, you will get classes in a high school with 7 children. If there are no other children, it will be 30 children or 25 children in another class. That makes things uncomfortable. So we are looking at all that. From the community, from the parents, from the students, from the teachers, from the staff, we get feedback. So what we are doing now is joining a security committee. We are expecting a decision to move forward before December-January. But we have the possibility to continue in class. That is a big problem. Then, do you need to join the committee? No. If you have any feedback, you can send us an email. Have you made a committee for this? Yes, we have made a committee. But there are focus groups. So, focus groups are like groups of small people. A group of people will ask you very small questions. So, if you want to participate in a focus group, contact your school principal and let them know.
That is something that needs to be done only once. This does not happen continuously like a committee. So, if we want to speak another language and want to share it, do you know how to understand whether the superintendent is connected or whether I am speaking a language that is not used by the marshal? Yes, you can send an email to the superintendent or the school board. I'm going to talk about that next. If you want to send an email to the board as a whole, the email address is only one word in the edu. You can contact us at vandeediprovo.edu
You can use your mouth and call Wendy, right? Yes, yes.
Yes, is that online or something else? Yes.
As far as Marshall is concerned, we don't have that as one of our D programs. But if you are presenting your services, I think that there are some strict rules surrounding your information and things like that. But if you are presenting your services, yes, I will send an email to the superintendent. They can hand it over to anyone. Let's see if we can use those services now. Yes. Do you have any questions? Okay. Or what else do we have to do? Or if you have run through Dixon sites, that is completely different. The plan is complete like the design of a new school. If you have ordered an item, they will immediately contact you. So you can come and take your item. Do we have any other questions? Okay, if you have any questions or comments, please email us. Okay, thank you. Yes, we are going to open it. Yes. We are opening it according to the conditions of the forum. We had someone who wanted to implement a matching grant project. To inform the people what it is, the CET Council gives grant funding up to $7,500 per district. If you do not use it, that money will be reduced. Grant funding should be provided at the time of service. By cleaning your community, by doing different service methods, by shaping your community, how can you get that grant funding? You know about West District now, right? You will get $15,000 in grant funding, but you have only done about $3,000 worth of work. If you are going to do a project, it can be up to $10,000. But if you want to do $15,000, you have to complete about 790 hours of work. Each hour of work is equivalent to $15 in grant funding. Adhi nalu, oru. Paschaatalam nalguka, pinne adhu avadhi kaalathinai onnara divasathekku maatam. Rachel, nirbaagya vashala, illa. But still, we always need people to make their wishes come true in Ayelkooti Yoga. Because, we are a vote from the board and residents to see if they want to continue or if they have a different wish, or if other wishes will come. Agraheekunnu. Adhinaala oru cheriya pichu cheyana agraheekunna oru ala namukunda. Adhinaala.

Kazhinja varsham nyangal This committee is the one who makes the final decision. Okay, we are making an important decision. So, we are making a vote here.
We are making a vote to see if there is any support from the society. We want to make sure that the majority of people in the society think that liking someone is a virtue. and then we have to ensure that all the bids are valid. Then they decide whether they want to spend the money that was previously here under Council Chairman Patrice McKay. But here we need a primary vote. You have to say yes, and then we submit an appeal. Those who want to do the project are welcome. The reason is the same. I know that it is usually for board members, but anyone in your district can be welcome. One thing to remember is that we often do it through public transport or through parks. Because we can send them grand money directly. Because it sends a municipality to another municipality. If you are doing this for your own self, then you should pay for it. Then they will get their expenses back. Okay. Forgive me. Change the time. If you don't want to use it, you don't have to use it. Yes, I don't have to use it. No, let's see how this goes. If we need it, let me know. Um, okay. Thank you all for coming. Thank you for listening to this project. My name is Cindy Williams. And I am the Vice President of the Westbridge Plant Unit Development. Certainly, we are trying to find out how to make the entrance from 1600 West to 180 South beautiful. So this is the first slide. You can tell me when to stop the slides. Okay, I'll do it. This is the view that everyone can see when you go down to 1600 West. This is their view when you go to 180 South. We are really lucky to have earned a lot of money to come to our Ayalpaka and to do some of the access points in this venal period. In that process, they have also improved the air-to-air and air-to-air drain systems that are not functioning properly. We were very pleased to see that they were able to move to the first part of 1600 West on Sender Street. So if they do what they are doing now, In 1600 West, our small part seems to be very empty. That's why there are some really working wind drains there. Then, when they accessed it, you can see where they patched in our ash vault here. So they completed the storm drain system there itself and replaced it, and then patched it to our ash vault. It was really helpful. Let's move on to the next slide. Using this large amount of money, we intend to complete the storm drain system through 180 South. This 180 South is not only a beautiful sight, but also an activity-oriented sight. So now the storm drain system that runs from 1600 Padinyaran to West Lane is not with us, it is in Kavala. So we would like to replace this 410 feet rolled stone drain system. 410 feet rolled stone drain system is also being transferred to the existing Aashi Hall. and the landscaping grant that can be provided through the Provost's ET Forestry Department. This is one part of the land that can be acquired through the Vanavalkarana Grant. We will pay attention to making sure that the area can be maintained so that more trees, drips, drip lines and water use are reduced. But this rolled gutter will ensure that this Kodungattu drainage system is reinstalled at the same time. This area will actually be completed. So, this will be completed from the Atha project done in the city to the west line, and the forestry project will be completed on that strip. So, yes, it will really be helpful. Okay, the next slide is Devai. So, 180 South is what I mean. Not only do you see this road when everyone is driving, but it is also used for two different purposes. Therefore, this is a shared road between the North Sunset Court and the West Bridge. You can also change places. Therefore, the cost of managing this road is the same as the Sunset Court that we share. Then, as you can see, After storm drainage is complete, we have a lot of expenses. That is, we still have a lot of work to do as a community. But this will help us a lot to prepare for the next batch of work. Because those storm drains have to be done properly and have to be maintained, so that we can do the roads properly. So, By making the north side of 180 South match up, this completes the area of landscaping with travel, city, forestry, grand forestry and trees. And by doing that, it ensures that the drip lines and all the gravel roads we are going to build are not damaged or damaged on the road. This makes 180 South ready for the next stage, Ashalt Road and Port Atta Kutta works. This completes the storm drainage system required from 1600 West to West Lane. So it will be a good initiative and it will be effective. So we are excited about it. We are excited about the progress we are making. It will be as exciting as all the other projects that are taking place in 1600 Padinyaran Meghalaya. This helps to clean up the entire area. It is very important to us. Why? There are a lot of cleaning jobs in our area. So we have to move forward and move forward. Next slide, Devaai. So this is the cost-efficiency. Umm, for us. We received a few bids. We received bids. One of the bids we received from RC Enterprise Paving and Construction. Therefore, you can see the initial cost of the crew for bringing all the life and equipment. That's the first number there. Oh, the curb and gutter are removed next to 4,5510. 410 feet is 13,46,850. The reason for the patching is that they have to cut the foams when they come out of the gutter, so they cause some damage to the asphalt. Anyway, the asphalt patching is 21,55,261,84. And if we use the Grand Thugas, it makes 6,55,260 backups. Go to the next slide. Thus, half of that balance will go to Sunset Court and half to West Bridge. That's how it works. For sure, we will continue to get bids. You know, let's see if we will get the highest price in this. But in this case, there are our numbers. So, next slide. So, here are some grand opportunities. From 600 west to 180 south, the view is beautiful. I think I've been living on the West Bridge for 45 years. I see the whole of it as one of the most important properties in the study area of Provoy. To me, it's like a cornerstone that helps the property to sustain itself. We want to make Ayalpakam a one-family Ayalpakam, a one-family community. We want to make it a cultural and educational place. We want people to be able to enter and stay there. Houses are not made into residential houses. That's why we're trying to change it. This grant will be very helpful for us to do so. Anyway, apart from the view, the Forestry GL grant is completed in 180 South areas of Provoy, one of the places where we are actually going to go through the entire development. We are doing this together with Sunset Kottamai. So we will do a landscaping grant for their development and development. Let's say it's fun, our parks and Risi and he is not here now. But we have a street called Parkside Drive. Through this landscaping grant, we expect the parkside drive to be like a parkside drive. Because it's just a game now. That's why we are trying to make some big changes there. But Forestry Grand will be completed. The Kodungattu Range System, which was introduced through the street updates, will be completed. It will also help to reduce the cost. Thus, the side works of this road can also be carried out on that road. I think this is the end of my introduction. Let's see that. That. Yes. Do you have any questions? SWBY. Yes. Are the two sides of the aisle lined with holes? Are they special holes?
They are like that. Yes. Yes.
Actually, that street was a private street on the West Bridge. Through the development process, we got involved with the next developer and shared the road with them. Therefore, and along with that, I am proud. You said that it was a good start as a developer, but even in the landscape area, it was in a state that could not be improved. Do you know why it was allowed to do so? If you have to spend so much money to improve it, what is it? Is there any guarantee that it will continue like that? Okay, one thing you see in the ASTORM UHSTORM Drain System. It is that it has not been coded when it was first done. So that's the reason for its failure. When we do upgrades, it Provo CET will go to the court, so it will be a good, stable solution. At that time, we, the members of the Sunset Court, entered our storm drain system into the Sunset Court. Then, the street connected to the West Lane near the West Lane. It is a storm drain system that connects the entire length of the west lane to the sunset court. When that development came, it was upgraded to a permanent development. However, one part of nature is a thing that happened in that west bridge development. In the 70s, they used condoms. So those houses sold a unit for about $1,35,000. When they used the basement, those houses went back to HUD and sold it for $45,000. At the same time, at the same time, at the same time. The developer paper in that section was used. That section was not completed. The first section. In addition, most of the developers who came to that area did not develop their part in that section. This became a great burden on all households. When I moved there, we were one of the families who bought our house from Etchudi. We bought a house in Japti. Half of the houses were in Japti. There were places to sleep and songs to play. One thing we did as a society. No help from the sky came to save us. We had to do this together. So what we did was run it at a cost, run it at a community-specific cost, and completely renovated the outside of the units on the ground. So all the siding, all the garage doors, the house doors, lighting, numbers, house numbers were on top. We did it because the items used by the actual developer were very incomplete and they could not be repaired. But, we needed to inspire a developer to come and work in these crowded places. That's how we did it. We got the developer. We are now in a group where all the crowded places in Westbridge are completed. The places we are going to operate as a forest department. We are focusing our attention on the places where development is never complete. We have taken care of the strips that are planned for landscaping. But the developer did not approve. So we are focusing our attention on those places. Now we have built all the places. All the houses have been taken over by us. We get all the monthly rents and fees from those buildings. So we are in a very different situation than we were in the 1970s. In other words, we were building roads that would never have to be built in the 1970s. We had to demolish a clubhouse that never had to be demolished. We had to build sidewalks, grass, and all sorts of things. For years, I have been learning how to conduct and behave together, how to behave, and how to take care of the environment. One of the things we did in our creative work is that we made a partnership with UVU through their welding project. Welding Project We built a fence around the sewer. The first developer first made a fence. It was a tree made of glass panels around the pond. Of course, all the children were crying. Glass panels around the pond are not a good idea. So, we were able to behave very creatively in solving our problems. This is just an example of how to do it. So, yes. Good question. I liked that question. Do you have any other questions? Now we have to vote for it, right? We have to see if this project has the support of the community. If so, we will need to make an appeal to Cindy. Then it will go to the council office. But only people who live in the West District can vote. They are here. Rachel, there is only one project to vote for now.
As far as I know, this is the only project that one person came to participate in a meeting.
What can you do? We invited someone from the next Central District to do a similar project. It was a hole for a hole. It was like them. So they got a vote. But it was like we didn't have anything else. So they decided to wait until the next meeting. They stopped the project in a way that they would wait for the next meeting and then said, Okay, we are going to put out a proposal to say that someone else will bring some ideas. If no one else brings any ideas before the next meeting, they will accept that project. They had a vote in a way, but it was like that, so they waited a little. That's yours. We ask for a vote for a normal pin. If there is no pin, we will not move forward. If Pindu is there, she can submit an application. The application still needs to be accepted by the District Chairman, Council Chairman, and Council Director. Are you saying that we are voting?
If we want to move forward, are we raising our hands? Okay. Okay.
If you want this receipt, that $15,000. If you want to use it for this project, let's vote on it and see. I will say that we are not getting a lot of money. We may have wishes, but in reality no one is ready to do anything. This is the second year that we have not used money. Yes, it is. Yes, but you and your relatives may not know about this money. So, if you feel, hey, I didn't know about this, my relatives didn't know, but if we really have a wish, if you think of something else, we can keep it aside. But... We don't have an ordinary, we don't have a lot of common places.
We have a bench, a table, a table, two tables, some tables, as they have been established. But... We don't have many public places to use money in other parts of the city like Padinyaran. So it may be a good way to use it. I'm lazy, that's the reason.
We are serving a large area in the Padinyaran part of Provoy that is very close to that area. That's why I'm a little upset. Especially when they have a hole, they should have their own money to fund their own projects. But... The question you asked about whether these two buildings will have the rest of the money will be raised.
Yes, yes. I will not oppose it at all. I don't know what to oppose.
But...
If the amount is less, I don't know if it's half or ten thousand rupees. Will they still cover half of what is not covered? Then that's just a question. That's a good question. The reason. How much do you know? Who decides?
If we try to say this is the case, we can move forward. Who decides that they will get X dollar? Now that's the government.
You can talk here. You know, we don't want to do all 15,000. If you decide that we are ready, you can vote for 10,000 or 5,000. You can vote for it. Or you can say, I don't mind 10,000. If we don't get anything before the next meeting, I don't mind 10,000. How to vote is the board's decision. Yes. How will the shortage of 750 volunteers increase? Okay, let's go. Let's go. Here she goes. One part of the landscaping that we are looking at is that she has to make some preparations for her arrival. They come in the form of trees, small plants, drip lines and animals. We have to make everything ready for them to come and walk. Therefore, I am sure that all the volunteer hours required to complete this can be found. There are plenty of jobs that we can do. Therefore, you should avoid the situation that this grant is not available so far. You are going to apply for the Forestry-Forestry grant. No, no, no, no. Forestry grant is It is a sure thing. So, let us tell you a long story short. You know how to get coupons in your mailer. You go to pick up green trees. When I picked up my green tree, I was impressed. We can use a lot of trees for our business. Then he referred me to Chas in the forestry department. He said, yes, you are talking to the right person. Because I have a grant, if I don't use it, I won't get it again. That's how he came out and saw us. That's for sure. It wasn't a matter of making a paperwork. We want to see Chasin. We want to talk to him. It's all been agreed upon. We have to do one of the things we have to do for the preparation. But I didn't do it. I did not bring the pictures of this area, because I thought it was not suitable for what I needed. But it is a strip land. Therefore, our destination is adjacent to the Sunset View Park. Only the area near 1600 West is covered with grass. Everything else is grass. Oh, we have been living there for 45 years. We are trying to make a big change there. Personally, what I did was to help the development of parks and the Vinodha Board. That's what I tried to do. But when we were preparing for the Landscaping Grant, one thing we had to do was to take water from the land. That's why we got the buildings. We have built all of them. And we have also planned to move it forward. In fact, there are a lot of places in our area that have been planned to do landscape. And because there is no parking, people started to park there. They are places where we plan to make them clean, make them good and make them beautiful. But that grand money is for sure. There is no doubt about that. I don't know the exact date they will come, but Chas told me that they are planning to come by the end of September. The next round will take place in the middle of it. So, in a way that we can all come together, I tried to make this happen at the right time. It's like flying the moon, stars, and planets. But I think this is a good plan. We have a comment on Zoom Umi from WW. Years ago, when View Park was established, Provo parks and recs said that the park benches on the sidewalks would be built on top of them.
Let's use a little bit of the grant money for that. You. Was it Rachel?
When it comes to the possibility of losing a grant, can the use of it or loss of it make the nature of this funding clear? How much of this $15,000 will this year end up costing?
Okay, because of our amazing CET Council, it is now temporarily closed. Because the CET Council did not give us time to use it. Um. This is a two-year funding.
No, this is a two-year funding.
Okay, we are moving it to the next year. We have more. No.
But we still won't get it.
The good thing about this is that if you use $15,000 for the next year, Pergola Project will have $7,500 more. So the next project will have a time limit. They can prepare for it and do all the work. I needed a job for two years to develop a practical project that I could do here. So, It is not helpful for the district to think that it is the best in Chakravalam. Because there is nothing in Chakravalam. It takes time to make it work. So this is a big question. I will tell you. I did the last two projects we did. They were 7000 and 5000. Then you. The project of those two years will be more than two years. I am very sad that there are things to do. The last two projects we did were in my area, so I moved some of my projects. When I liked it, I felt a little selfish. What a thing! So, I am a newcomer. I don't know what happens because of that. So, we have a small park in the last few years. It's very new. This is Lacord Park. It's near the freeway. Before that, it was Purple Park or Powerline Park. Then they moved the park a few years ago and installed new playgrounds. Now that's the only one there. Next year we are going to do a bathroom. Or it's been going on there for one or two years. Um. Like a bathroom in that park for money. So, why did we spend almost $5000? Sorry, I don't want to stop you.
Another Zoom comment came. Okay, wait a minute. It says, sorry, I was going to type Keralas on top of picnic tables, not on the park benches. Oh, yes. Still, the covers on the benches will be good.
So, since there are no facilities in Lakewood Park right now, we both left. This is just a park. There is no bathroom, no football field, nothing. This is just a park. So, in a way that people can come and have lunch and play in the park, we put two concrete strips or, as you know, chairs and two picnic tables. Yes, that was our problem.
Why is it not a matter of a park and rec?
Okay, this is a matter of a park and rec master. But as the director of parks and rec said, I can tell you directly that I am on board, so I only have a lot of money. So, if we can reduce some of the things that are not in the park and rec master list or are very low, from our matching grant funds. That's why we're using it. It's not for all kinds of parks and rec facilities, but that's why. What else was there? Then, another one, Rachel, which road is that? It was the frontage road at the top of the hill. It was just a big rock and a mountain pass. Then, there is a frontage road that is parallel to the south freeway overpass. Sign it with a TECO. If that's what you mean, right or TECO? That's right. That's right. At the bottom of Frontage Road. I don't know. My intentions are terrible. When you go to the south of the freeway in 1920, you will go down any road. I don't know. It was a three-way road. We were a little scared not to be in the streets. Yes, because it looked very bad. UD was at its core. They didn't do anything. So people will be trapped in the streets. Just like how drivers deliver. Delivery drivers will be trapped in the streets. People will keep their garbages there. So, it cost me about $7,000 to put stones like rocks. It is a city road to maintain it a little more. But I... Not a city road. For a development, it was first a private road. Then... due to many reasons. Neither of them agreed. We changed it to a separate road. That's why. This is because the road was not built according to the city code. And this is not a road that governs the city. Because it was never built according to their specifications. It was not built according to the code. Anyway, this is an opportunity that is very difficult to handle. We are happy to help the city, but they will not accept it. So, I will comment on the comments in the 1600s section. I think it was very good. My house is a mile north of the ghetto of Provoy, not a mile, a mile north, a block ghetto, a block tech, a block is a good area, I will say as a joke. Yes, yes. Yes, we are trying not to be a ghetto. Who are we trying to be? We are trying to keep their property prices very high. Because the units there have good square footage. But the problem we have is that the square footage is cheap for them. Therefore, it is really difficult for people to leave their houses there and move to a similar one. It is not being explained. Okay, thank you. Um, do we have any points or questions that we can quickly answer to others? Time is up. Time is 30 minutes past 7 in the morning. Remember, vote. The request is to be fulfilled. It doesn't mean it will be right. She just wants to continue this process. So, if you don't mind, we can take a quick vote. Secretary, that... There's something we need to do. Yes, yes. We're going to do it for you. AI is taking notes.
For that, 71284. It's possible. We need to vote against it. Sorry.
If you want to say, just vote against it to get one or two votes against it.
No, I thought you would take it again. No, against two. 144 is against two. So 144 is against two. Yes. Okay. 14. Okay. Thank you all for coming here and for coming.
We really appreciate it. Take some treats home. Only the tequot.
