County Commissioners - Regular Meeting

Employee Recognitions: Christina Pane, 1 year (Aging) and Justin Davis, 1 year (MDJ Northern District).

Motion to accept and approve the FY 2025/26 Juvenile Probation Services Grant Contract No. 4100101090 in the amount of $77,781.

Motion to approve a Letter of Support for an application being filed by the Delaware Highlands Conservancy for a DCNR Partnership Grant.

Motion to approve an agreement between the U.S. Department of the Interior, the National Park Service, Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River and Wayne County for Wayne County 9-1-1 to continue locating emergency radio equipment and antennas within the Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River region through Aug. 1, 2029.

Motion to approve a Letter of Support for an application being filed by the Wayne County YMCA for a Congressionally approved funding request for Phase 2 of the proposed YMCA project, which includes a Day Care Center.

Personnel Action/Salary Board:

a) Motion to promote Part Time Corrections Officer Antonio Ianetta to full time status, effective March 8, 2026. Set his salary at $21.94 an hour for a 40-hour work week. b) Motion to ratify the judicial promotion of Stacey Seana to the position of MDJ Office Manager in Magisterial District Court 22-3-02, effective March 9, 2026. Set her salary at $19.20 an hour for a 35-hour work week.

Motion to pay the checks dated March 5, 2026.
