good morning. I'm here representing Susan Smith on this.

4:45 – 5:30Speaker 1

What we have before you this morning is is just a simple movement of a lot line. If you take if you take a look at the drawing and the the bold dark line which is shown right here that that's where we're moving the the new line to the old line if you go to the east there it was about probably about two foot from the house and then the purpose of it is to adjust it over. So both of them have about a seven to eight foot setback brings more into compliance. No and there's no other changes. Any questions? Right. Thank you. Fair enough. Everything good here, Val? Yeah, we don't have any issues with this. Okay.

5:42 – 6:06Speaker 1

I take a motion. If there's no further discussion, I'd like to move to uh approve the final plat of the Smith Octar edition. Second. We have a motion and second. All commission members present voting in the affirmative. Motion carries.

6:03 – 6:59Speaker 1

Thank you. Val, the September 2025 building permit report. Okay, so for September 2025, this is actually the end of our fiscal year because we end at September 30th. So next time we'll be starting over at zero again in October. So we ended the year with three new permits for single family detach coming in. So as of last year we ended with 49. This year 42. Uh no new duplexes. Last year we had 20 dwelling units and this year we have six dwelling units of duplexes. No new multif family came in. So we ended the year with 30 as last year and 166 units for this year. And we had four new dwelling units come in for single family attached. So last year we had six and this year we have 26. And the building valuation is still approximately 33.2 million higher than last year.

7:00 – 7:41Speaker 1

If anybody can make any of those, you should be getting an email tomorrow or Thursday, I would think. So, thank you. As for a meeting to adjurnn, motion to adjurnn, excuse me. So move B.
