And the chair is here. and i will read our standard introductory statement for our business and our meetings during tonight's meeting members will be participating in person and deliberate to take action We must deal with the issues before us in a more legal, business-like fashion. We have the opportunity to speak first, and others are each permitted to speak either for or against the rules. We do request that there be no restrictions on institutions before us, avoiding unnecessary repetition, and be prudent with usage. We want to be sure that we have adequate time to deal as carefully with the last items as first. If you wish to reword that comment at tonight's meeting, it can be viewed through the live event link on the city's homepage. Under appropriate notices and meetings, this meeting is being recorded at the same location. Item number three is our open public comment. Item three is an open public comment period for those agenda items that do not appear on tonight's agenda as a public hearing. Agenda items four and six are discussions only. And each of these items, and we do not have any public hearings, so there will not be any hearings on any other agenda items. Our consent agenda is open for public comment at this time. Is there any in here that we should give public comment on an agenda item 4 or any other comments not related to tonight's agenda? Please come forward if you wish to speak.
