Case #PC26-006: Request from Rodney Landrum requesting a hardship variance to allow him to put a smaller home on his property than allowed.

Parcel 202-023, 3.7 acres, 6156 Cove Road.

PUBLIC HEARING•Item 2

Case #PC26-007 - Request from the County to close Hoss Bowden Road, aka Pony Farm Road, approximately 3410 feet.

The road has no substantial public use. This was continued from the June 23, 2026, Regular Meeting by action of the Board.

PUBLIC HEARING•Item 3

Case #PC 26-011 - Request from Zohar Jassani, the new owner of Riverside Store and BBQ, now known as S.K. Riverside Inn, Inc. and S.K. Riverside Inn Convenience Store, located at 29 River Cove Rd., is requesting approval to sell and serve alcohol.

APPOINTMENTS•Item 1

Appointment to the Airport Authority, District 2, to fill an unexpired term.

This is a 5-year term that will expire on October 31, 2030. This was tabled from the June 23, 2026, Regular Meeting.
