(b) Adopt a resolution increasing the Maximum Commercial Solid Waste Services Rates in the City of San José for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 by 3.29 percent pursuant to the Commercial Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials Collection Franchises Agreement between the City of San José and Allied Waste Services of North America, LLC, dba Republic Services, including the total costs for organics processing services.
