It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present for the Downtown Fire Station groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 from 5:10 p.m. to 5:50 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
