Consider convening into a Closed Session to deliberate on certain matters related to the Prop A Committee which concern the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Open Meetings Act, which authorizes closed sessions when public discussion would have a detrimental effect on the County's negotiating position with respect to a third party.

Deliberate and discuss (1) security assessments or deployments relating to information resources technology; (2) network security information as described in 2059.55(b); or (3) the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation of security personnel, critical infrastructure, or security devices, related to the IT Department, pursuant to Section 551.089 of the Open Meetings Act

Meet in closed session, pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Open Meetings Act to deliberate and discuss the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of the Kendall County IT Director, Brian Stegall.

Consideration and possible action to approve the engagement of the Law Offices of Ryan Henry, PLLC, to serve as outside counsel to assist Kendall County with litigation, including Southerland Kendall Co., LLC v. Kendall County and Waring Land Investments, LLC v. Kendall County

Designate Corporate Representative for Waring Land Investments, LLC v. Kendall County, Cause No. 23-063, pending in the 451st District Court of Kendall County.
