Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

Good evening. Good evening. I'd like to call to order the September 2nd, 2025 meeting of the Macless Planning Commission. And our first order of business is approval of the August 6 minutes. Okay. So, we have an application for mortgage subdivision. Actually, two. So, you can just stand for the whole time if you'd like. The first one is for um amendments to amendment number five block number 945B49 and 945B50. It's for five. Yes. All we're doing is creating the ownership of the line between those units

and it they're fe simple. They're not condos. You're you're subdividing land, not just the building. Correct. The ownership line at the party wall for Yes. Okay.
