Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

Yeah. You all set, Lucas? All good to go. Good evening everyone and welcome to the Town of McCandless Planning Commission meeting for June 3, 2025. Um, it's going to be a short meeting. There's only one item on the agenda, but uh, first, let's approve the minutes of our last meeting, which was May 6, 2025. Does anybody have any comments or edits or questions regarding the minutes? Looks like none. Can I have a motion to approve those minutes? So mo so move. Sean second. And all in favor of approving the minutes of May 6. I opposed. I abstain. You are not here, right? That's correct. Okay. Okay. The first and really only substantive item on the agenda is the Blazer Drive number five amendment number four mortgage subdivision. We've done several of these already. Last one we did twice. Uh so we should be getting this down. Pat, uh is there any presentation necessary? Uh I don't know. It would be you if there's anybody, but I don't I don't know that we we did ask Jen from Sperdute Surveying to attend tonight since we hadn't seen her in a while. I know there were some questions at the last meeting about whether this was part of a master plan or not. I don't know how much presentation she would need to make, but she's available to answer any questions. Did you plan for any presentation? I did not. Okay. Um I don't think there's one needed. We Yeah, we've we've done it before. Uhuh. I don't know that anything from engineering that you reviewed it and the plan was we did not have any comments or identify any discrepancies from the room master plan based off locations setbacks and they were approved for. Okay. All right. Well, uh, given that, uh,

everything seems to be in order, um, there's no public here for a public comment, but I'll make that suggestion. Any public comment? Hearing none. Okay. We need a motion to recommend that the town council approve the Blazer Drive subdivision plan number five, amendment number four, mortgage subdivision application as submitted by Sperdute surveying.
