I'm here with Mariah, $197,000 in Comfort House. This is a federal-funded agency, by the way. Comfort House, $25,000. No Limits Office in 6th Street, $20,000. $10,000 for Red's Units. McAllen Town Band, $38,000. New York Zoo, $225,000. October 700 at $2,000. Oregon and Alaska at $1.1 million. Alaska at $950,000. $140,000 for Heritage Center and $35,000 for CASA. Agency funded by the Development Corporation, we're recommending $20,000 for construction costs. NADC at $1.1 million. $100,000 for the lift fund. South Texas Highways Advanced Training Apprenticeship, $450,000. $500,000 for South Texas College of Nursing Program. Ziva, $550,000. $200,000 for New Largo Creek Boys and Girls Club, $400,000. and $270,000 for Christian Center and $450,000 for Texas A&M University. The other thing we have on the agenda board, there are already questions about that or discussions that we wanted to have with respect to these issues. I think we've covered them. Okay. And then with respect to development and corporation of the week now, I'm going to hand you a couple of page handouts. No questions. We have the engineering team here. We can talk about that. And then you can ask anyone to see the manager's office. We can talk about three of those things. So we have recurring projects that we fund. You'll see on this top of the page, $10,269,000. Relative projects from last year. Those are going on 14 through 31, but that's $75 million. agency agreements that we've covered. And then we are recommending two funding studio projects out of the Melbourne Corporation, and that is the roundabout in Wisconsin, $4.6 million, and the mutual force riding range, $8 million, 107 storm sewer outfall, $650,000. And the $1 million you see there, that is not the 10-year contract we have for the medical school. That is the one-time appropriation that we agreed to fund equipment for the new U of H cancer research center. So if there's any questions about that, or any of those projects, I'll be out this year and not be able to answer any of those questions. Thank you. Otherwise, Mayor, the rest of the budget process will do a wrap-up for you and highlight all of the changes the Commission requested to the recommended budget at the August 24th regular City Commission workshop. At that same workshop, we'll have... the initial hearing on the tax rate that will require a roll call vote and based on that vote we will then publish and then during September finally adopt the budget and the official tax rate at this point your budget is roughly eight or nine hundred thousand dollars revenue over expenses it is a balanced budget it is about A $30 million from last year, so you have about $600 million. Ground numbers, $65 million. Some very ambitious capital projects. Eduardo will be very busy next year. The airport's going to be busy next year. Robert's got a lot going on. I appreciate the department. She hung out with me and I know it's going on very wide. It's not a requirement for them to be here, so thank you guys for giving us your time and energy to know what's going on in the city. We worked very hard to make the best city in the hour. Tax rate, we do, at this point, with the revenue available We do recommend making sure that that rate is what it is, 44 or 899. And then, over the course of the next several months, we will schedule some workshops to work with you in more detail on debt passing analysis that we've recommended and a longer-range plan to take on some of the major capital projects. that are important to the community as well. We are not the team to get that done, and they don't get done, and it's more expensive than you think. So this is kind of it. We've gotten through all of the budget.
