This is a request by HJA Design Studio on behalf of Croc Enterprises, LLC, for a proposed amendment to the county zoning atlas to change the zoning district classification on one Lot with an approximate area of 0.69 acres from M-2, Industrial, a Category “C” District to LI, Limited Industrial District. The LI zoning district is consistent with the sites current future land use designation of Industrial. The property is located on the south side of SE Monroe Street approximately 0.13 miles southwest of SE Commerce Avenue at 2988 SE Monroe Street in Stuart. Included with this application is a request for a Certificate of Public Facilities Exemption. This is a request by Lucido & Associates on behalf of Hobe Sound Business Park, LLC, for a proposed amendment to the county zoning atlas to change the zoning district classification for an approximately 108.1-acre property from the current A-1, Small Farms District, and M-1, Industrial District, to the GI, General Industrial District. The GI zoning district is consistent with the site’s future land use designation of Industrial. Included is a request for a Certificate of Public Facilities Exemption.
