Commissioner Whitney? I'm here. Madam chair, we have a quorum. Thank you. This meeting has been noticed in accordance with open meeting law ARS 38,431.

Agendas are available within twenty four hours of each meeting in the Maricopa County Planning and Development Office and are also available on the planning and development website one week prior to hearing at www.maricopa.gov/planning. Staff reports prepared for each agenda item shall become a part of the permanent record for each case. With respect to hearing process, cases will be considered in the order they appear on the agenda unless otherwise agreed to by the commission. For each case, the applicant will be given a set amount of time to present. Anyone wishing to speak in a particular case shall fill out a speaker's card for in person attendance or raise your hand within GoToWebinar.

The amount of time allowed for speaking shall be at the direction of the commission chair. Staff will provide the chairman with the names of persons who have registered and noted desire to comment and those registered participants who have raised their hand. The chairman will call on each named participant one at a time. The chairman will conduct a hybrid in person and virtual public hearing according to the bylaws and according to the rules established by the chairman regarding public comment. Votes will be done by roll call vote only.

The chairman will verbally identify the specific members responsible for all motions and seconds. We'll begin, next item, first item on the agenda is, minutes for 01/08/2026. Are there any comments or questions on the on the minutes? Hearing none, the minutes were accepted. We'll move on to the continuance agenda and item number three, the event space at Gamble Field has asked to be placed on the continuance agenda, so we'll accommodate that. And staff, Rachel, Ms. Applegate.

Thank you. Chair Mohaven and members of the commission, we do have two items on the continuance agenda. Agenda item one is SU 20 five-thirty three in Supervisor District 2 for two zero one South Chrisman Park models. The request is for a modification of conditions to a special use permit. The site is located approximately a quarter mile north of the northeast corner of Chrisman Road and Broadway in the East Mesa area.

Staff is requesting a continuance to March 25 due to a legal ad error. The second item is agenda item number three, s u twenty five zero zero four one in Supervisor District 4, called Event Space At Gamble Field. The request is for a special use permit for an event space and outdoor events. The site is located approximately 680 feet northeast of the Northeast corner of Lower Buckeye Road and 331st Avenue in the Tonopah area. There was a PMZ handout memo provided yesterday, due to staff recommendation of a continuance of the case to work with the applicant and county agencies to discuss the project modifications.

The applicant is in support of the continuance to the March 5 hearing, and that concludes the consent or continuance agenda.

And you don't need a vote? No. Okay. So move on to consent agenda. Is there anyone we have one regular agenda item number two, Joe Max RV boat and storage facility. Do we have any speakers? Are speakers online? They'll be online. Any kid, he'd like to speak. And no one his friend isn't here to speak. In that case, hearing no objection, we'll move item number two, Joe Maxx RVM boat storage to consent agenda.

I apologize for that, chair. What we have is case MCP twenty twenty two zero zero two, which is for Jomax RV and boat storage facility. The request is for a military compatibility permit with a precise plan and development for RV boat vehicle and self storage in the Rule 43, Mamp And Wickenburg Highway Scenic Corridor overlay zoning district. The site is located approximately 975 feet south of the southwest corner of an of 195th Avenue and Joe Max Roads in the Surprise area. Staff is recommending approval subject to, paragraph 19 with conditions a through j. At this time, we're happy to answer any questions you may have.
