Good evening. So once again, I would like to say thank you all for always supporting us and always approving our contracts. We couldn't do what we do without all of you. Since our last meeting, our regular activities such as our health talks, our farmers market, our Zumba, all of our exercise classes continue. On July 15, we had a fun event, which was Crazy Hat Day and our ice cream social.
That one was a lot of fun. We had some really interesting informational sessions with the Broward County Tax Collector's Office and also the office of the Broward County Property Appraiser. They came in and told our seniors some information that they wouldn't have otherwise known. This Friday is Hawaiian Day, but it's sold out because everybody loves it. That's one of our best events of the year. And we're pleased to announce we have a new class, which is Asian dance with miss Sabrina. That's starting September 4 at one. September 5 at 11:30 is grandparents the Grandparents Day Talent Show. September 8 at nine is the AARP defensive driving course. September 9, the Slowburn Theater is going to come perform for us.
And on September 18, we're having a Medicare informational session because open enrollment is coming soon. That's in October. So that's very important for our members to be aware of. So we continue. We're busy. The summer did not slow us down, and we are continuing with all the good stuff at the center. So stop by, as I know you will. So come and see us. Thank you, everybody, for everything.
Alright. Thank you very much. Item four, board member comments. Board member Rosanna.
Yeah. Sorry. Thank you for giving us the update up to September. So everybody knows, so stop by. Go see her. It's a lot of fun. Thanks. Board member Simone.
Thanks, Terry. Continue to do the great job, and thank your staff as well. Because without your staff, they're just as important.
Thank you for doing the great job you do. I love going over there and seeing the smiling faces, and I'll keep going over there and seeing the smiling faces. Thank you.
And thank you for everything that you do. Keep up the good work. And with that, I believe meeting's adjourned.
