Thank you, Mr. Chair. The first item under 1A is approval of the minutes for the 11/25/2025 meeting.

New business. Under new business item two a is a resolution of the board of the Northwest Focal Point Senior Center District approving oops. Sorry. It went went too far. A resolution of the board of the Northwest Focal Point Senior Center District approving a memorandum of understanding between the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Broward County providing for counselors to assist clients under the Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders Shine program authorizing the Board President and Project Director to renew this MOU and at the same terms without further Board action providing for an effective date. This resolution is before you for your consideration.

To provide nutritional meals to eligible participants of the Northwest Focal Point Senior Center District in the day care, providing for an initial one year term and automatic renewal providing for an effective date. This resolution before you for your consideration.

And time for the executive director's report. How you doing, Terry?

Good evening. Alright. Thank you to the board. Good evening to everyone, Cale, attorney Tulsis. The senior center is starting up busy as usual. We've just begun meeting with our our sponsors this week to start planning all of our activities. So far, big news tax season has started, so we have AARP volunteers. They started this week. So that's Tuesdays sorry. Mondays and Tuesdays and Wednesdays, thank you, starting February 3 until April 14.

You do not have to be a member of the center to have this service done. You just have to be over the age of 60, and it is a free service by appointment only. So any eligible person interested can please call the center. On February 12, our wonderful recreation director, Denise, she has a choir concert that day. It's February 12 at 11AM. They're gonna be singing Songs of Love. Come join us. February 13, we're having a Valentine's Day celebration, and we have a new South Florida Institute on Aging, otherwise known as SOFIA. They have graced us with a wonderful class. It's a computer class.

They are on Mondays and Tuesdays from 09:30 to eleven, and then they've added a third day, which is on Thursdays, is a help desk. So it's not a formal class that people can come into the computer lab and say, oh, I'm having a problem with my iPad or whatever, and then the teacher can help them. And the teacher's fantastic. They're very, very good. February 23 at 09:30 is the AARP driving course, and then thanks to our friends at the Margate Parks and Rec department, the first week in March is senior games, and then on March 9 is the closing ceremony at the senior center. So we're busy. We're starting up busy. We're gonna continue busy, and WE tournament coming up. I'll let you know. Oh, May 22. Mark your calendar. So we're continuing busy, and thank you to everything everyone does for us.

And that weak competition is really a competition. Some of those seniors, they know how to knock those pins down. You have people who step in there thinking that they're gonna do alright, they watch themselves getting getting whooped by by ninety year olds. Are you anything more for the executive director report? Board member comments?

Always a pleasure. And, yes, it's a pleasure to have a 92 year old on your team so that you wind up with the first place trophy. So I retired after I got that because I can't keep up with her. Always a pleasure.

Terry, thank you and thank the staff for your outstanding work that you do at the senior center. Your center's always open, always willing to help anybody, always welcoming, and we really appreciate the dedication of you and your entire staff. So thank you for making the center a success.

kick butt every day. You do an amazing you you I meant you, plural. You guys do an amazing job there. The smiles on the seniors' faces are just amazing, and you do that every single day.
