26-400 Approve the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of June 18, 2026

26-380 Planning Commission conduct a public hearing and find the Sarene Place Project exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Section 15303(b) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, and adopt a resolution approving a Site Plan and Design Review (SPA 23-85) to allow the development of a fourplex for the Sarene Place Project located at 429 Sutter Street (APN 223-120-06).

26-375 Planning Commission conduct a public hearing and consider finding the Levelz Lounge Project exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, and adopt a resolution approving a Conditional Use Permit (CUP 26-43) to allow for the operation of a Bar/Nightclub use for the Levelz Lounge Project located at 159 W Yosemite Avenue (APN: 217-210-42)

26-398 Planning Commission conduct a public hearing and adopt a resolution recommending that the City Council adopt an ordinance for a Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA 26-62) to amend the entitlement requirements for fueling stations set forth in Table 17.22.020-1 of Section 17.22.020 relating to Allowed Uses and Required Entitlements and adding Chapter 17.98 relating to Fueling Stations Development and Performance Standards to Title 17 of the Manteca Municipal Code.
