Dan. So this is, we had a request from the fire department. This is, you know, when you change your oil in your car, you can drop off your waste oil there and they'll recycle it. So we had a request from them to see if we can move it to DPW because they don't really have the people to sit and watch it. And parking became an issue. And so it makes total sense to us, actually. We don't have any issue with it, but it does involve an ordinance change, as you can see with the attachment, basically just saying, moving it from the public safety building to the public works building. And so it would be by our overhead door A, and we do have cameras there, so if anything were to happen, we'd be able to see it on the footage. But it would only be from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. when it is staffed. So we would recommend approving the ordinance changes.

Well, before you do, I just want to, just one quick thing. Just for the benefit of anybody listening out there in TV land, like Dan said, the hours are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., correct?

Yeah, so this is the transit development plan that we've been working on for the past year. We're actually going to be bringing this back in October because we'll be asking for rate increases that are reflected in the plan. We're not asking for any action tonight. Basically, we just wanted to get it as an attachment because it is actually literally a 100-page document. So this will give you guys the month to review it and if you have any questions. So no action tonight. We'll just get it before you so you've got it for October.

OK, so we will place this on file. And we will move on to 0779, State Municipal Financial Agreement, SMFA, for Waldo Fleetwood Drive to I-43. Go ahead, Greg.

So did you guys say the same thing I did? Didn't we just do this? The part that they're looking at is from Fleetwood to Rapids, and I thought we just did that. We're getting this agreement, but that's already been six years ago, and they're not looking at, they're saying they're looking at funding this for 2034. So we're out, what, another 10, 11, or whatever, eight years. And... So I don't know, so they had sent that to us, and they're basically saying that they had put on, you know, like a two-inch overlay, and that typically lasts 10 to 15 years, so that puts us right around that 2034 mark that they're looking at. So all we have to do is pay a portion of the design cost, so it's just looking for a committee to approve them to, you know, start working on that design. So I'm sure that'll take a while, since it's not coming up for quite a while. This will be over a couple-year period, probably they'll be working on it.

So again, we're... Motion to approve her to enter into that state municipal agreement with the DOT. Okay.

And then we would put it on future budgets to pay for it.

I realize the dollar amount that the city would be in for is relatively small compared to the cost of the overall project, but since we're talking about it being so far out, is there a likelihood that that would change when we do get to it and just address that then?

I don't think, well, let's see. What did it say in there? I don't think so because I thought it said that it was... Oh, that's inside of it. But there was a, oh, where did it say in here? I just saw that in here that it was not to exceed. $20,180. Oh, yeah, it said a cap under number one. Priority one on that second table, one summary of costs where you go down to the little bullet points or whatever. Priority one plan development is capped at $20,189, so I don't think that they can, or at least they can't without coming back to us and asking or getting approval for more.

It just makes sense. Prices go up over time. If we're talking 2034, I thought I'd ask.

You know, I don't. This kind of just came in the last week or so and has put it on here. So we'll learn more. I don't even know if they've hired a consultant or not yet. So it'll probably be a while before they get going. But I just thought we got it, so I'd bring it forward.

So it was actually pulled out, I think, during the design phase when they decided to do the overlay. Okay. I'm surprised they actually brought it back this quick, so that's a good thing.

Yeah. I mean, they did overlay that part. Right. They're just saying they're going to have to do it again, I guess. Yep. But it's all right. There's no construction cost is zero for us. Yeah, that's a good thing. Design portion.

Yeah, no, I can take it, I guess. Actually, I mean, the next three are... very similar let's say and we've got to take each one into a motion I guess on each one separate but they're all for roadway lighting for various developments the Mariners Lux subdivision for those two screens for Fern and Juniper Court that are going in and then deerbrook crossings that's the extension of deerbrook Drive up there and then also the Abbey Ridge And so that's where the developers fronting or paying contributing to the or paying for the entire installation of the original stuff all the city is responsible for is basically the maintenance and energy cost so that's the fixed charge of $12 per month depending on which one we're on the one for Mariners Lux is a little bit higher for whatever reason it looks like I don't know why but They're all pretty similar And so we failed to get these to Sean for writing the fiscal that he would like on there. So I guess we were looking to have you recommend approval of the resolutions pending staff. What verification Sonia? Finalization.
