Alright. 04:00. We will call the board of public works to order. Any change orders?
We have a couple. We have change order first and final from Benton Construction for 2025 9th And J Street streetscape project. It's an increase of $42,139.85. And we have change order number one from Horizon Construction and Exploration LLC for removal of PCB soil from former site site project. This is an increase of $46,210.80. And we have change order number two from Horizon Construction and Exploration LLC for removal PCB soil from former site project, an increase of $47,691.87.
Go ahead, Dan.
So the 9th And J Street, what happened was when we were out there or when the crews were out there, there, they discovered a bunch of sidewalk in front of basically the police station that was all cracked up and needed to be replaced. So we were able to do it through that contract. And then the other two was finding more contaminated soil as they progressed on the site.
Any questions for Dan?
