Closed public comment. Mister city attorney, is there an announcement in open session of the items to be discussed in closed session?

Yes, mayor. Pursuant to the Brown Act, the city council will now go into closed session to discuss the two items identified on the agenda. Stand in recess for closed session. Are you going back there?

Over there. Go ahead. Thank you. I'd like to call back into order. Our City Council adjourn regular meeting Monday 04/27/2026 reconvene. Mr. Acting City Attorney is there an announcement in open session of the actions of direction given in closed session.

Thank you, Mayor. Yes, in accordance with California Government Code Section 54,957.1, there is no reportable action coming out of the closed session that the City Council just had.
