pres audience because we don't have one. This is just a business approval meeting and uh minutes. Okay. So, I'm going to ask anybody comments on the minutes of the case number 722. Is there any comments? Okay. Is there any motions? Motion accept amendments.

I case 7:22. The minutes have been accepted. We're going to go on of election of officers. Any accept any other motion change. Anybody want to do it? It's up to you. We need a second motion. Anybody okay with you? Okay.
