BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE
Issacson and Arfman, Inc., acting agent for Sierra Vista Los Lunas, LLC, has requested Preliminary Plat approval to subdivide Subd: Sierra Vista Tract: A-1-A and, Subd: Sierra Vista Tract: A-1-B, with no assigned address, to create phases three and four of the Vista Sandia subdivision to include 128 residential lots and 13 tracts. The subject property is located south of Main St SW (HIGHWAY 6) and west of Capulin Peak Ave SW.
