25-57293 Recommendation to request City Council accept Exemption SE-25-142, finding the proposed Zoning Code Amendment and Local Coastal Program Amendment exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption), as it will not result directly or indirectly in significant environmental impacts; and Request that City Council approve a Zoning Code Amendment (ZCA25-001) and Local Coastal Program Amendment (LCPA25-001), and adopt the proposed findings related thereto, to introduce and establish new regulations for Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operations (MEHKO) within Title 21 (Zoning) of the Long Beach Municipal Code to support proposed changes to Title 5 (Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions) of the Long Beach Municipal Code. 25-57288 Recommendation to receive supporting documentation into the record, conclude the public hearing, and consider a third-party appeal filed by Los Angeles Conservancy c/o Andrew Salimian (Case No. 2510-17 (APL25-006); Accept Categorical Exemption CE-24-145; and Deny the appeal (APL25-006) and uphold the decision of the Zoning Administrator to grant the approval of a Local Coastal Development Permit (Case No. 2401-15 (LCDP24-006), and adopt the proposed findings and conditions of approval thereto, to allow the demolition of an existing 2,911-square-foot, two-story single family dwelling and construction of a new 3,846-square-foot, two-story single family dwelling with an attached 600-square-foot garage, located on the first lot off the water at 5679 Corso Di Napoli in the R-1-S (Single-Family Residential, Small Lots) Zoning District.
