Recommendation to increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City Manager Department by $1,500, offset by the Seventh Council District Youth-Specific One-Time District Priority Funds, transferred from the Citywide Activities Department, to provide a contribution to the Long Beach City College Foundation in support of the 4th Annual Discover LBCC Summer Concert in the amount of $1,500; Increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City Manager Department by $32,800, offset by the Seventh Council District One-Time District Priority Funds transferred from the Citywide Activities Department, to support the following: 1. $2,500 to Long Beach Unified School District in support of Cabrillo High School's Drone Soccer Team; 2. $300 to Friends of Long Beach Public Library in support of the Librarian Appreciation Event on August 21, 2026; 3. $5,000 to The LGBTQ Center Long Beach in support of the 33rd Annual QFilm Festival on August 29-30, 2026; 4. $5,000 to the Long Beach Public Library Foundation in support of the Grape Expectations Gala on September 27, 2026; 5. $5,000 to Center CHA in support of the 2026 Meeting
