RESOLVED, that the 2026 Salary Schedule is amended as follows: Department Name: Health - Create one full-time Clinical Aide position at Wage Grade 4 CSEA Full-Time Contract effective March 11, 2026. For: Replacing three part-time positions with one full-time position. Will delete the three part-time positions once a full-time has been hired.

RESOLVED, that the Livingston County Board of Supervisors hereby proclaims the week of April 6–12, 2026, as National Public Health Week in Livingston County and the residents of Livingston County are hereby asked to observe this week by helping families, friends, neighbors and co-workers to better understand the value of public health by supporting great opportunities to adopt preventive lifestyle habits in light of this year’s theme, “Ready. Set. Action!”

PROCLAIMING THE MONTH OF APRIL 2026 AS FAIR HOUSING MONTH

RESOLVED, that the Livingston County Board of Supervisors does hereby proclaim April 2026 as Fair Housing Month, and during this month and throughout the year, Livingston County is dedicated to raising awareness and supporting the Fair Housing Act.

VETERAN SERVICES – DAVID TERRYItem 1

SUPPORTING OPERATION GREEN LIGHT FOR ACTIVE MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS IN TRANSITION TO CIVILIAN LIFE (VETERAN STATUS)

RESOLVED, that the Livingston County Board of Supervisors hereby declares Livingston County a Green Light for Military Service County from October 14, 2026, through November 13, 2026. This is a time to salute and honor our men and women in uniform making the transition from active service to civilian life by switching one lightbulb to green to show visible support for veterans; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Livingston County Board of Supervisors hereby acknowledges the inception of Operation Green Light created in this County is now nationally recognized through the National Association of Counties from November 4-11, 2026 and supports our nations endeavor to recognize Operation Green Light; and be it further RESOLVED, that as a Green Light for Military Service County, the Livingston County Board of Supervisors hereby pledges to support Onward Ops Military Transition Support formerly known as the Expiration Term of Service Peer Mentorship Program (ETS-SP) that connects mentors to new veteran residents; and be it further RESOLVED, that in observance of Operation Green Light for Military Service, the Livingston County Board of Supervisors encourages its citizens to recognize the importance of honoring all those who made immeasurable sacrifices to help to preserve freedom by displaying a green light in a window of their place of business or residence. Green is the color of hope, renewal and well-being. The simple action of changing one light to green can spark meaningful conversation regarding the recognition of veterans and help "green light" them forward as valued members of our communities.
