Hearing to consider approving a one-year entitlement extension for Site Plan Design Review Modification 22-017, the approved land use entitlement for Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (LAVTA aka Wheels) Administration Building and Maintenance Facility, to May 2, 2027.
Recommendation: Staff recommends the Planning Commission adopt a resolution approving a one-year entitlement extension for Site Plan Design Review Modification 22-017, for the Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (LAVTA aka Wheels) Administration Building and Maintenance Facility, to May 2, 2027.
Comprehensive General Plan Update – Draft General Plan 2045
Recommendation: Staff recommends the Planning Commission: - Receive a presentation on Draft General Plan 2045. - Consider community and General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC) feedback on Draft General Plan 2045. - Consider Staff recommended modifications to Draft General Plan 2045. - Provide a recommendation to the City Council on any changes or revisions that should be incorporated into Draft General Plan 2045.
