Good afternoon. I want to welcome everyone to the Little Rock Board of Directors agenda meeting setting the agenda for May 19th. I want to welcome those watching and streaming online. Members of the board, any questions on our modifications and or consent agenda? Seeing none. Any questions on our planning items? All right. Would you mind pressing the button, Director Lewis? Please. There you go, Director Lewis.

10:58 – 11:210

I had a question for planning. And I appear and I appear. Item 11, will you please forgive me because I did not go I didn't dive into this, but can you tell me it's good I see no uh opposition, but can you just brief us? Sure.

11:19 – 11:440

in regards to why they're wanting to go back to I think they're wanting to go back just and I asked the same question. I think that they're wanting to go back just to build uh two single-family homes on that property. Okay, so it was changed to do one and now they want to go back to do Mhm. two. Yes. Okay. All right. Thank you.

11:42 – 13:190

Yeah. Uh not not many people revoke the plan development, but I think they just wanted to go back do it the the same pattern as the others. Okay. Thank you much. Director Adcock. Item 14, please. Ma'am, [snorts] number 14 is Z 10281. The property owner of the 4.8 acre property located in at the 7600 block of Jameson Road is requesting the rezoning uh be reclassified from R2 uh to I2 and OS. It is located in Ward 2. Uh the western portion of the property, that's going to be the one that's uh going to be uh rezoned to I2. Uh the eastern portion, uh that's about 2.7 acres. Uh that's going to be OS. All of that is floodway. They wouldn't be able to to build in that anyway. Um and they're just doing it right now just to match some of the zoning in the area. Most of the zoning around it is is the same zoning as I2. But they're just trying to designate the the the floodway as OS. Okay. I would like to hold that separate. I think that's one I've had a call on. Yes, ma'am. Director Miller. Yes. Thank you, Mayor. This is on uh just a question on number 15. Yes, sir. I think I used to work in this building back in 1976. 2020 2020, yeah. Exactly.

13:17 – 14:160

the You know the one? Yeah. It's not in Ward 1, is it? I think it's Ward 3. It may be that the the the is right there, so I mean Is it Is it Ward 1? It Somebody needs to tell me. Cuz I'm I'm assuming We'll we'll double-check before next week. Oh, okay. Yeah. It's close. It's close, though. Right there. All right, thank you. I love that color. Board members, any more questions? Any more questions going once, twice, three times? Meeting adjourned. I think you It is. Yeah. It's correct.
