I would like to welcome everyone to the town of Lexon special called council meeting this evening, February the 17, 2026. I'm Hazel Livingston, the mayor of the town of Lexon. I would like to introduce my fellow council members. To my left is council member Ron Williams. Good evening. To his left is council member Todd Lyall. Good evening. Lord, thank you for this wonderful town that we get to call home. And I ask you right now, Lord, to please continue to guide the leaders up here with me. give us a special helping of Holy Ghost discernment and wisdom as we guide this town, Lord, for the peace and prosperity of all of our neighbors. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. I will now call the special call council meeting to order. Council met in executive session before this meeting where we discussed the following matters. Discussion of proposed memorandum of agreement with Hudson Ford. Discussion of proposed vision plan agreement. No vote was taken. Do I hear a motion to ratify this report?

Thank you for coming tonight to assist us and um thank you for answering the good questions that was brought up from up here and educated us. Um, our first item of new business tonight is a resolution authorizing Saxatha Lexon. Can I do both of these together, too, or do I need them to do them separate? I can do them together. Um, Gavin, this is yours. You want to just put them together then?

Okay. All right. Thank you, Madam Mayor. Uh the refunding rollover of the Corley Mill TIFF bans which is due on March 12th, 2026 requires a resolution from town council. The attached resolution authorizes the ban rollover and matters related there too. The Sak Aagatha Public Facilities Corporation at the annual meeting authorized the financing for both the Corly mill tiff and the ice house tiff on behalf behalf of the corporation. This resolution authorizes the Corley Mill financing. Uh, madame mayor, I would move that we adopt a resolution authorizing Sakagoth Alexnim Public Facilities Corporation bond anticipate anticipation notes for the Corly Miltiff and the Ice House Tiff.

Jim Hudson Ford located at 1201 West Main Street is in the process of obtaining construction permits for a heavy truck service building to secure traffic mitigation requirements associated with this project. A memorandum of understanding has been prepared to allow a building permit to be issued. The purpose of the memorandum is to memorialize the party's responsibilities related to relocation of the West Main Street driveway, rightway dedication related to future right turn lane and to establish the financial assurance guidelines. Approval of theou allows Jim Hudson Ford to move forward with their construction project. Madame Mayor, I make a motion to approving to approve our staff to enter into this memorandum of understanding agreement.
