As owner of certain real property located in Palmyra Township, referenced as PIN 16-07-11-127-005 that is commonly known as 441 IL Route 2, Dixon, Illinois and PIN 16-07-11-201-009 that is commonly known as 443 IL Rt 2, Dixon, Illinois, filed a Petition for Map Amendment with the Lee County Building & Zoning Office, requesting to rezone the parcels to R-4, Multi-Family Residential District for the purpose of owning and operating an apartment building. The parcels are currently zoned C-3, General Business District, and collectively total approximately 8 acres.
