26-0197 Consider and take action on a resolution authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with GFT Infrastructure, Inc. in the amount of $345,000 for design, easement acquisition, bidding, and construction phase services associated with the extension of a 24-inch waterline along FM517 from approximately 900 feet west of Calder Road to approximately 700 feet east of Pedregal Boulevard (Executive Director of Development Services)
