Yes. Um so our intent was uh or is to put a single wide home on the property. Um, and it's it's a new home that we want to put on the property there. Um, and our intention is to rent it out, possibly maybe live in it. We had a son that attended Luna. Okay. Um, and we paid for housing at the dorms at Highlands. So, you know, at that time we were kind of looking into it and it's been a little bit of a process, but probably at this time it would be just to to rent the home and and keep the home. Okay. Yeah.

Uh yeah. Um, is it going to be a new mobile home? That that that's our plan. Yes. Have you made any purchases or

Um, we have several bids. Um, we've been working with uh Nathan and Lola at home. We initially wanted one bedroom, one bath with the porch just so that it would be a little bit, you know, more compact. And that home is probably about $40,000 over a two-bedroom, two bath. So, it's because it's constructed uh in a different location and so that was just a waste of work. So, our plan is to get a a two-bedroom, two bath. So yes, we are we haven't purchased anything um because this is you know our first step is is to follow planning and zoning and to make sure that that that's approved. We do have you know water, sewer just like any other developed lot. Great. Thank you. Mr. Ortish, do you have any input on the on on the matter or any thing that you'd like to

No, I I mean it's there's it's vacant vacant room land around them. I mean, and it's just a just, you know, just going to be a mobile home and they're the city side. The 10 foot foot variance will uh be fine with the fire department and so forth. Safety. Yeah. Yes. Everything's good to go on that side. We ask for the 10 foot front and rear because that's where she needs the setbacks at. So, great. So, this is a for the variance of of the 10 foot front and rear so forth. Any other questions, gentlemen? Or uh I have one question on your warranty deed. It has joint tenants. Uh you and your husband. That's all.

Um I'm not sure that the deed reads joint tenants. Um but yes, it's just my husband and myself. No children. No, not on the deed. Not on the deed. No. Thank you. Thank you. And I do want to thank the committee also. I know that, you know, a lot of it is volunteer and just the whole application process and stuff. You know, I've been I lived in Las Vegas, my husband and I, for quite some time. And um you know, we still want to invest in Las Vegas. I know it's a small investment, but um it's been a a good spot for myself and my family. So I currently am from Moa and I live in built my home in Mora.

Okay. But there's a lot. So you're close by. Yeah. I still there's a lot of in Vegas that you know I hold dear. A lot of my family's already no longer around, but Vegas is was awesome when I lived here and went to school at Highlands and provided a lot. I know you guys this is your home as well. Okay.
